It's actually fake snow. BUT..I had a small bag of snow from one of those arts and crafts stores. I waited to long too go get a big bag of it..and they put it away for the season. I had to settle for this "space snow"..lol.. from Party city. ($ 2.99)
The other stuff looked better, BUT..the space snow worked for this particular scene..took a minute to clean all that isht up...vacuum cleaner and all..

I love the texture that space snow adds to the photo, it's an extra nice touch. I'm inspired and I want some, I just wonder if cleaning it out of the little styrofoam crevasses in my light box would be problematic.

Good of you to say, I appreciate that, man. I enjoy it, maybe I should put a few more together.

#1. it wasn't that bad...i did have to dust it off of everything though...including myself..and then vacuum....but it was like a 5 minute cleanup..no biggie for the art..ha

#2. Great pics..the Metroplex (i think that's who that is) with the ice cream is great....great concept and execution.

i swear i wish i had more time to devote to this..i'd like really get out and take some nice shots...you guys (collectively) are killin it.

Happens to me all the time. Sometimes Prisma or PicMonkey fix it, other times I have to trash it.

performance issues....smh...maybe there's a pill we can take...

note: that Stormtrooper shot was taken in 2003..I've been doing shit like this for THAT long...but back then..there was no means to really share it with people like today...*edit* just noticed the trooper on the far right is blazin it up...*in his left hand*..

I took this photo two days before a certain day in November, when I thought for the first time in 2016 that America would have something to be proud of. Didn't quite turn out that way. I'm gonna keep on and hope for the day when I can display this guy again, because it's clear that we have a lot of work to do. I want to help make that day happen.

Not sure if it's symbolic, but I ripped off his wings days later and gave them to the chicken.
