This Captain Cold figure from DC Collectibles broke the moment I took it out of the package, and when I contacted customer support, DC Collectibles gave me the runaround for a week and ultimately never did a thing to reimburse me.

A wildly generous friend sent me his Mezco Spock, and wow, it's at least as good as the amazing Quantum Mechanix figure, which is twice the size and more than twice the price.

Brownfinger, you can take our snow! I love arctic backdrops, but man the novelty has worn off; it's been quite a winter.

That's a great looking piece, I'm very tempted to grab there Mezco one frankenstein, it looks fantastic, and compared to hot toys prices, it seems more than worth it.

Lol Thanks! Just one "Super Skrull," though. I intend for Kl'rt to be creating doppelgangers as an adaptation of Sue and Johnny's power all in an effort to confuse enemies. Human Torch has created flame duplicates of himself in the past and Sue's force constructs could theoretically be used in the same fashion...

I just need a Black Series version of his Assassin Droid buddy, and I'm set for life. Lando, Hera, and HK-47 were pretty much the final three on my Star Wars wish list. And we're getting two of those.

I came so close to buying that Mezco Spock over the Holidays, it looks phenomenal. The only reason I chose Play Arts Vivi Ornitier over him is because this adorable little guy has been a grail of mine for years and years, and I know Spock will be available for a while still.
