Yeah theres a crease on the upper left of the card. I found him after Target did a reset of the toy aisle and some target employee put it up on the front peg. I was the first and only person at the toy aisle in the morning so , I think this is someone's stash, the rest of the wave is not in the peg.

SO WEIRD.
I was certain that my unpunched Malgus was some Target employee's hiding the fig so he/she could buy it and resell it- I mean, how else would it end up unpunched and behind a bunch of the SW box sets?

But now you have one too...

Though mine is even more minty, I say!

If someone has a Vizla, (or any of the new MU figs) he's for trade....
Otherwise I may open him and put a Jar Jar head on there, repaint his eyes all Sith like and his skin that pasty white...

Hey guys, does anyone make custom SW heads?
I'd kill (not myself) for a Zayne Carrick or Das Jennir..

Holy Jumpin Jedi! Someone made Zayne's lightsaber!

LapuLapu 07-28-2012 12:07 AM

Yup mine got a creased card.

Now a Jar Jar sith lord now that is pure ebil!!! I mean he single handedly kill the star wars franchise but give him access to the dark side of the force makes Darth Malgus his errand boy! Darth Jar Jar for the win!!

Ha ha ha!!!
Or put the head of Lucas, the creator of Jar Jar, on the figure! :haha

Nah George Lucas head should hang on Darth JarJars belt since he slayed his beloved movie series.

Zayne for the longest time was rumoured to get it's own figure... I'm going to do some research and see if it's been confirmed or not yet.

M3T4L V1KING 07-28-2012 02:31 AM

Nope, still rumoured. But rumours are better than nothing.

Jason Abbadon 07-28-2012 02:39 AM

I can make a fantastic perfect Zayne but I need a Jacen Solo head and, holy smokes, that figure is insanely expensive!
Anyone here have one that I can make a cast of? I'll return it perfect- making a mold does not damage paint or anything...

FancyPants 07-29-2012 08:19 PM

Took a pic of my humble little SW shelf. I decided to hang up Jango Fett. Moved some of the Jedi around to the front.

Getting my first Star Wars figure in a trade, Darth Maul. I can't wait. I'm starting a Sith Lord Collection, and besides Vader, I can't think of a better way to start it out. Hey if anyone can find one of those easy to find Savage Opress figures I would gladly buy it for price plus shipping.

FancyPants 07-30-2012 01:43 AM

that new vintage maul is great. Sidious is really nice too.

That's sp cool...but you have all the villians and then there's Yoda and Qui Gon at the end....it looks like Vader is going to give them the boot in the ass and you'll find them on the carpet, broken beyond repair...

I'm SO not getting serious into SW!
That new swivel-hip Darth Vader though...that was a must-have.
Then I happened to find the new Legacy swivel-hip Maul and he's up there too...
I've to Maul and Vader back to back with the Black Knight, Taskmaster and (for some reason) Spidey attacking them.

Now I have Malgus too...I just could not leave such a minty fig there.
Someone get a Vizla to trade me already! Or new MU! Before I open the damn thing!

Today I bought two more figs- just for their sweet parts though- ROTS Obi Wan (the good one) and a Pirates Of the Crappy Movie for $3 a pop in Wal Mart's clearance rack.
They had some generic Clone Trooper from the CW line too, but..no. It's not even worth $3, frankly.

FancyPants 07-30-2012 01:42 PM

I don't like the order they are in either, butyoda stands out in front of the black robes. That r2d2 is the original POTF one from 95

I've had it for...since then

In my personal opinion, I'd go for the 3rd one.

Thanks for this.

I'm not sure I even knew that top one existed. Either way, I'll probably go with the one you suggested for now. That's the cheapest one on Amazon ($9 shipped).

I think it's the best one due to the fact that you can choose between the episode 6 Endor look or the standard episode 4 look. Sure it has swivel hips, but most Star Wars figures still do.

PapaMustache 07-31-2012 11:56 PM

my son is really into starwars and likes playing with his lightsabers and blasters. he has the clone and the boba fett blasters...

Gifts from the Pirates: "Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid."

but does anyone know of any others out there that were released for children?

trekking95 08-01-2012 12:29 AM

So are there Star Wars figures without swivel hips? If so which ones?

M3T4L V1KING 08-01-2012 01:03 AM

Hardly any. It's a treat when you get one with ball hinged hips. The few that come to mind right away is VC Captain Fordo, VC Ep. II Clone Trooper, VC Clone Wars Anakin, and VC Utapau (or 212th Attack Battalion I think it's called) Trooper. I'm pretty sure all the new clones have been getting the ball hinged treatment as of late.

Jason Abbadon 08-01-2012 10:23 AM

VC fihs are pretty amazing...except the Luke from the first movie- I was looking at him and could not pin what the problem was with him...then I realized that his legs are maybe half and inch too short for his body- the cloth skirt thing hides this okay but if you pull that up it's glaring...
I bought him for custom parts, but still...

Anyone got a Jacen Solo figure? I desperately need a cast of that head!

I'd love a swivel hipped Han, but I'd prefer a more accurate Harrison head than having him be able to do splits. I also really like that he has his Ep4 suit under the coat. What's funny is that I always passed on that figure because I didn't know what the hell he was wearing underneath it.

There's also (all VC)..

Phantom Menace Maul
Bespin Han
The latest Vader
Blu-Ray/Deleted Scene Luke
Jedi Knight Luke that comes with hand cuffs (RoTJ)
Aayla Secura
Stormtroopers
Anakin Vader (pre-Kenobi ass whooping Vader)

There are more, but those I know of off the top of my head.

M3T4L V1KING 08-01-2012 01:45 PM

I gotta get my hands on Aayla Secura... The figure.

And here's a link Vader if you want a few better pics of the Han figure:
