I can't swear to it because it doesn't list his name, but I have a Ras and I compared the UPC number and it was right. I compared their Catwoman UPC to my Catwoman UPC and it was right.

He seem to be a little high right know, I think $50-60 complete, so I'm just being patient. They do have him loose with no accessories on the bay for $13, though.
