I picked up an extra Target set for $30 and finally had an apropriate base for an updated Psylocke. My masking bled so I still have to clean up her bands but I wanted to post a few shots before work.

She's coming according to SDCC 2014.

I know this is just wishful thinking but I'm so holding out hope for a New Mutants SDCC exclusive set. Complete with both Magik and the never released Moonstar, another Cannonball, a Sunsport and I don't know, either Cypher or Wolfsbane. Yeah, I know - it's X-men so it almost certainly won't happen but a guy can dream right?

I hadn't thought about that, Nash. You now have a companion wishing along the very same lines as you...they can't be considering Magik in isolation. It could actually happen...:D

I doubt they'll release Magik in isolation either which is why I'm guessing she'll be a part of the SDCC set. My other thought on that would be that she would be part of a Magic-oriented set. And if that's the case I would think a new Dr. Strange, along with Dormumu (sp) who was also revealed to be coming, and for the love of gawd Hasbro Enchantress, along with pick one of the following: Selene, Morgan Le Fay, Hellstorm or Dr./Brother Voodoo.

Ditto on what Spyne wrote. I read that Dormammu is tentatively planned as a BAF. Keep talking like you have been Nash...and I will have to start reading every comment you make! Your proposed magic-user line up (especially the ones I've highlighted) mark most of the additions I've wanted for years!

I got my Legends at target....bout 3....kind sad the scalpers beat me to Davers and Witch...they knew where and and who to hit....damn! Left the rest on the shelves....

Oh okay on Dormammu on the BAF. In that case I'd gladly substitute one of the other ideas I had or Shaman from Alpha Flight as another magical offering.

Actually if Hasbro would give us over the next four years another Thunderbolts (with the first appearance team) New Mutants (my suggested figures) a magic-based set like my suggestions and Alpha Flight, that would pretty much knock almost everything off my want list, except for poor Polaris and a few other stragglers.

But no, we'll probably see: Angela, SheThor, Superior Iron Man, FalCap and Old Man Steve Rogers as the next release instead. which wouldn't be the worst of things.

I'll get the damned Carol if it's the last thing I do.

Not sure if it's been commented on yet, but... quote from the Nuremberg Toy Fair update on the news page:

"Recent Legends Infinite series (Avengers Odin BAF, Spider-Man) but also a single Ant-Man from the rumored series. Looks good, also a 3,75 inch version with giant winged ant to ride on in Legends Infinite style packaging."

.. that sounds pretty badass. Safe to say that I'm more hyped about the figures than I am the movie at this point after the mediocre trailer!

I think it was NYCC 2014 when they first showed Hellcat. I don't think it's a coincidence that Hellcat is being made since it's not uncommon for toy companies to know some of the details of movies and shows before hand and make toys. We'll probably only see comic versions of the characters though unless Marvel decides to continue the shows with movies.

So the collector that shows up after you to that same store gets pissed because "scalpers" got to the figures before he did. Would that make you VashT(th)S(calper) then? =) Just playing... if it motivates you to hunt harder assuming there's a toy buying supervillain out there constantly one step ahead of you, that just shows how much you love your comic book stories. ;)

I tend to agree with VashTs only for the fact when I usually inquire at the store they tell me that usually the same guy(s) come by on truck day and clean out the shelves. In some instances its ONLY the 1 per case figure not the whole lot...that leads me to say Scalper over collector.

Scalpers and bad distribution is why I just never have any real hope when I visit a retailer. I just expect from now on I'll be getting all my collection online....granted some of those may be scalpers as well but it's not usually too bad of a mark up.

Problem with that logic is that when you or Vash manages to pick up the figures you guys want, you two represent "that guy on the truck" to someone else. That's what I'm poking fun at, because I'm sure both of you would be offended being called out as a "scalper" when you aren't. But, even then, I don't know you guys from beans, so you might actually be scalpers.... lol
