The McFarlane suited figures are too tall for ML. The McFarlane figures such as the Lizard guy and Prisoner are cool figures to have in dios with ML.

The Jazwares Fortnite suited body should work well with ML's though!

I made two changes to my Top 10 list: I changed Crystal [classic yellow costume] to Mary Jane Watson [John Romita Sr.] and changed my Build-A-Figure want from Lockjaw to Armadillo. I'm tempted to change it again to add Daredevil [classic red suit] and Green Goblin [John Romita Sr.] because I missed their previous Marvel Legends figures, but I don't want to change my list again as I like the selections I've made.

Seriously, can't this be a Top 20 list? It gets harder and harder to list just 10 every year, and besides, most of the wish list characters are X-Men characters anyway. It should technically be a Top 10 X-Men wish list and a Top 10 Everyone Else wish list, lol

I hope you all are having a wonderful day.

Spyne98 01-06-2020 09:06 AM

Hey all. I haven't posted in a bit but I've seen that we were talking about top 10 wants. Here are mine in no particular order, they are all comic style figures.

Stilt Man
Feral
Siryn
Random (from X-Factor)
Jack Of Hearts (Loved him in the Johns run)
Classic Red Skull (I dislike one that was on the Ultimate Fury body. I have 2 customs, but I'd like an official one.)
Nimrod
Moira MacTaggert (Since she's become crazy important)
Rictor
The Mandarin (The old 2 pack one is pretty terrible, and since he's the bad guy in Shang Chi, I'd like a comic figure of him before a movie one.)

Honorable mention: Toad. The original from the Toy Biz days really needs an update.

Tim 01-06-2020 11:06 AM

Stilt man is a name I’ve never heard come up. I absolutely love that character he’s so goofy haha.
I think he’ll have to be a Baf thou. Like a single release figure but you build the legs.

Veronica Mars 01-06-2020 11:30 AM

While I have little hope that the movie will be good I'm a bit sad they won't use the same actress for Illyana from New Mutants in future movies, she looks spot on

Yeah, I’m kinda pissed at how well cast Magik & Wolfsbane are. From the trailer, I am not sold on Moonstar, but damn, that trailer looks better than I thought.

I suppose that could be the case. I don't think he'd need to be SUPER tall, although I wouldn't mind it. But honestly, he could be the figure in the wave that doesn't come with a BAF part. His long legs could be packed in like Walgreens' Mr. Fantastic arms. Just next to him. But that's my two cents.

Byrnes 01-06-2020 12:36 PM

I'd like to see a couple of classic comic figures of Swordsman, Monica Rambeau, Power Man, Firestar. Lots of X figures like Maverick, Grizzley, Bonecrusher, Kane, 4-Arm BAF etc. you know all those awesome old 4" toy biz figures we got.

Plot twist, he comes with Cannonball's legs.

I finally got around to setting up my X-men corner shelf...working on my X-Force shelf next.

I love how poor dazzler is in the back in a “hey don't forget about me” kinda pose. Haha. Shelf looks great man.

Stiltman is actually a serial killer who murders supers and uses their legs to make his stilts. ;)

This is a really good list. I was just thinking the other day how I wish they would release a classic comic book Red Skull that really matches the Hydra Army Builder 2 packs. Something similar to this:

Also - would like to see an 80th anniversary Comic book Dr Strange in his classic costume.

Right?!?

Nutimus Prime 01-06-2020 05:43 PM

I found the Fantastic 4 wave at Walmart today. This She Hulk is great. Her articulation is very good. But now I really want her huge bulky look.

I’m genuinely confused, I was expecting it to be ass, and yet, here we are, with Lockheed and the Soul Sword.

Was finally able to grab a holy grail of mine for a great price as the seller was trying desperately to unload him during the holidays. The "What If" story it originates from is one of my favorite one shots of all time, and I was a little ticked when Hasbro decided to only release him as an exclusive.

https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...b9f9fd_k_d.jpg

The best part is that most of the parts from previous versions of Venom and Punisher work great with him, requiring no modifications. I only had to so a slight mod to give him proper trigger fingers and issue him a proper arsenal of pew pews. While some symbiote glider wings and some molded gun arms would have been nice (since he made firearms pop out of his skin) thankfully I have a plethora of weapons to outfit him and the Agent Venom tendrils work perfect so it's not too much of a bother.

https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...4c4a84_k_d.jpg

On a side note...I'm blown away by how crisp and clean the paint apps and deco is on this figure. There's no broken lines or fuzziness...anywhere. If Hasbro paid this much attention with their average figure, I'd honestly have very little to gripe about with their standard releases.

Nice shots, you might have convinced me that I need this piece now. Damnit...

Lol, I was going for that with Dazzler...glad it came through. I’m just hoping Nightcrawler holds on for a while.

A few more shelves knocked out today. Hopefully I can work on a MCU shelf after work tomorrow.

Not only would I love that, but I also want him to include his original blue cloak so you can have him look the way he did before he got the Cloak of Levitation.

En Sabah Nerd 01-06-2020 11:53 PM

With the Doctor Strange sequel coming out in 2021 I suspect Hasbro may hold off on giving us any comic figures of Stephen until that movie wave. Still we do need a new classic figure of him, he's the last original Defender.

Black Arbor 01-07-2020 02:41 PM

Anyone else kinda hoping the next F4 wave we get is the Future Foundation suits? Hell, I'd even take it in a box set from Amazon if it got me the figures!
