G2 Sideswipe sans neon green. That was my first Sideswipe toy and I am quite fond of it(just don't know where mine is).
|
G2 sideswipe would be cool. The lamborgini always looks good in black. I'm hoping he gets the inevitable red alert repaint too.
|
Punch-CounterPunch. I got him as a kid and loved that toy, still do.
Even if it has to be exclusive, I am very tempted to make one, but I will hold out for now. He can hold the G1 gun perfect, btw! ;) |

Which Universe Starscream do you like best?

In order: Universe, Classic, Henkei. The chrome on the Henkei loses a few points.
|
The new Universe SS is better IMO. His more G1 accurate color scheme without the extra chrome is total win for me.

I'd say around $100-150 USD. If it is the blue-eared variant, probably more.
|
Well, Hasbro Prime would win hands down because there's no such thing as Henkei Prime.
However, between Hasbro Prime and Henkey Convoy, I would pick Prime anyway for three reasons: 1. Same mold as Henkei Convoy, so no loss there 2. Easier to purchase via a trip to WM (when it was first released) 3. Cheaper. If the colors really bothered me, I could fix it myself and still be cheaper than buying Henkei Convoy. |
But if price and ease of purchase weren't issues then what would you pick?
I got Henkei Convoy for the retail price of Hasbro Prime. |
Henkei Convoy is one of the many with changes so minimal that I don't see the fuss. I'm more than happy with the Hasbro version of the toy.
I do want the Crystal variant of Henkei Convoy though. Not out of preference over Hasbro Prime...but because it looks like candy, y'know, like transforming candy? However, I can't afford the bastard. Quote:

If you count Henkei, that is my favorite out of all three.
|
I love the new one.:) The color just stands out better IMO.
|
I love them all, but then again I'm a Starcream junkie so you know. I still need to get the new one though.
I don't own the Henkei version, but truth be told the chrome doesn't really do it for me. |

But i have to say the Hasbro version is just fine, no need to seek out the normal Takara version. Now Henkei Megs is a different story. |
deskworthy toy of the week.
