Honestly, at this point, I've become pretty ambivalent. The crisis has pretty much taken away most of the enthusiasm I had left for theses 'baubles.' There are so many social systems teetering on the brink of utter collapse, that commenting here feels like time ill spent.

I think I've reached my capacity for bread and circuses...

I'm somewhat the same but not to the same extent. Still excited for AoA wave and Mach I since those will be coming relatively "soon". Looking forward to Nimrod, FA Storm, AOA Apocalypse, Rogue and Sunspot of the Strong Guy wave, but not having any real idea of when those will see shipping has tempered my excitement quite a bit (Except FA Storm lol). Not even all that hyped in the Strong Guy wave as a whole other than Sunspot, though I'm sure I'll still get it.

And as we get into 2021, who knows. If the current situation continues on longer than expected, or has a resurgence, we could see even greater delays or cancellations from the toy industry. Aside from what we've seen, as long as we got a Firestar I feel like even with my wishlist that if Hasbro cut the line out due to world situations as a whole, I would be ambivalent about it.

And yeah, emails about updates. delays, price reductions, preorders for who knows when...don't even phase me. Everything will release when it releases and will ship when it ships. Until things start getting in stock there's no reason to get antsy.

I'm really hoping that this coronavirus tomfoolery doesn't mess with the release of the Walgreens exclusive Iron Man 2020. That will really break my heart.

Thanks for the input! Personally, I like the more voluminous wild look of the second one, but the sheer plastic weight of that hair and those little heels do NOT mix. I generally don't like having identical heads on two separate characters, but I think I'm gonna settle with the first one for now, until I find a better mix of parts.

It's amazing how much the right accessories can really sway an opinion on a figure. I wasn't thinking much of the new Crossbones initially, until I decided to ditch his accessories and rifle through my fodder bin for some new ones. Now I simply can't put this guy down!

I received my Stan Lee from Walmart today. Looks good, I plan on opening it this weekend.

The rifle came out of one of those Walmart/TJ Maxx/Ross type military sets. It had a ridiculously large scope and handle on it, which I chopped off to get back to basics. It's a little gummy, but it fits perfectly in Crossbones hands.

The MP5 also comes from one of those type of sets as well...I think it was from one of the TRU branded military lines. You can't see the pistols as they are holstered, but they are from the DC Multiverse modern Two-Face. The trigger guard on those are weird, but they work in Crossbones favor since he has a larger trigger finger.

I think it's Chap Mei or Lanard. They are the cheap gi Joe size figures, but a lot of the weapons are oversized and work with legends.

A fine suggestion, but I'm insane over seeing figures in-hand first to make sure there aren't derpy eyes or other fucked-up paint apps. But in this day and age, I guess I can just order 2-3 of them, keep the best one, and sell the remainders or use them for custom fodder.

That said, pre-ordering them won't mean much if they get cancelled because of this coronavirus bullshit. Crossing my fingers and toes!

I hear ya. I had to look through 6 each of the Alex Ross Iron Mans and Caps to find the best paint jobs on the face. They must have packed a shipment before the paint dried. I would still take a chance on Pre-order. My Walgreens never have anything new. I just picked up Yelena from BW at Walmart and her elbow is broken. Have to find another.
