To be fair, a lot of the Black Series revealed at their Fan Friday did not go up for pre-order yet. It seems that all of these images are what will be made available after the stream. Considering how many more Legends figures we receive compared to Black Series, I'm thinking we'll be seeing more.

On another note, Moon Knight looks phenomenal. Throw a soft cape on him and he'll be sick but... when the hell are we going to get a Daredevil with butterfly joints!? Come on Hasbro!

SymbiSpidey 05-22-2020 08:57 AM

Hmmm...I almost wonder if more than what we're seeing here we'll be shown based on all of the rumors that have been circulating.

The Storm/Thunderbird 2-pack and the Psylocke/Nimrod/Fantomex 3-pack are all but confirmed. We still don't know what's going on with the Rogue/Pyro 2-pack. There was still an Ultimate Riders Hawkeye in the rumor mill, as well as a comic-based U.S. Agent.

I'd imagine they're saving some stuff for July when SDCC was supposed to happen, but it would be nice to get confirmation of those other rumors.

ThorOdinson123 05-22-2020 09:04 AM

If these are the reveals none of them interest me at all. What does a guy have to do to get Hasbro to make Final Battle endgame Thor.

Veronica Mars 05-22-2020 09:12 AM

Pretty sure they just teased Sebastian Shaw

Totally!

Boy Blunder 05-22-2020 09:41 AM

Nice reveals, let's see...

MK looks slick. Doubt I'll go for him - honestly, I'm a blasphemer who likes the armored look more - but I know more than a few of you are happy. I'm glad he comes with a staff this time!

...I do love me some AIM Beekeepers. Might have to grab a handful of those.

Giving Spidey the diaphragm/ab-crunch combo was a smart, if forseen, move. Wonder how much more range his articulation has otherwise, as far as the rest of the joints go. Not gonna grab him, I've got my requisite Spidey.

I am ANGRY that I like that Electro, to the point where I might actually replace mine with the new one. We'll see.

Stupid Armored Daredevil and his stupid cool accessories and his stupid nice Matt Murdock head make me feel stupid because I want this stupid thing :D

All the comments about Green Goblin are valid, but hey, he's got an Osborne head.

Seeing close-up pictures of Peter and Gwen, I may be skipping them. Just not really interested. Gwen's more likely to get bought than Peter, that much is for sure. Might transfer that new MJ head onto the two-pack MJ body, depending on how it looks in-hand.

Apocalypse is a no-brainer purchase. His maniacal grin head is simply perfect.

Jury's still out on War Machine. He's fantastic, that's to be certain, I just don't know if he's got a slot in our collection.

I'm loving the classic head and open mitten-hands for Nimrod.

If that is Sebastian Shaw's foot, sign me the hell up.

Dolemite 05-22-2020 09:42 AM

Slight issue with Iron Man 2020's effect pieces. The hand repulsor pieces are fine, but the boot jet/exhaust pieces are made of a slightly soft (not ridiculously soft, but semi-soft) plastic. I set up IM2020 on my shelf with the boot jet effect pieces so he was hovering over the other figures and the next morning he had sagged backwards and would have fallen over if Crossbones wasn't there to support him.

The pegs on the boot jet pieces were 100% intact, and the holes on IM2020's feet are fine, but when you peg the boot jet pieces in it just doesn't feel 100% tight enough - like the pegs should have been maybe 2-3% bigger - and combined with the semi-soft plastic they kinda bend and/or slip out too easily. Plus the tops of the exhaust cloud pieces that the jet pieces insert into are also semi-soft, allowing a tiny bit of forward/back bend.

This is only a minor bummer, as I'm just beyond stoked to have an 1984 Iron Man 2020 figure and I didn't really care about the effect pieces, but it DID look cool with them. Oh, well. At least there are zero QC issue with the figure itself...strong plastic, tight joints, etc.

Anyone else having these problem with IM2020's boot jet effects?

usernamedustin 05-22-2020 09:43 AM

What are the chances of a classic White Queen now that they are teasing Shaw?

Pretty sure the Q&A just confirmed non-SDCC Hellfire club.

Exodus 05-22-2020 09:49 AM

Only getting the Apocalypse :) That's a Walgreen exclusive?

Boy Blunder 05-22-2020 09:51 AM

...that's a big Sentinel leg

EDIT: Also, did I hear right that BOTH the SDCC-planned items are X-Men based, one movie and one comic? Hoo boy.

Dolemite 05-22-2020 09:51 AM

What the fuck was that giant leg they showed at the end?

Captain Nash 05-22-2020 09:51 AM

Outside of Moon Knight, Rogue, Nimrod and AOA Apocalypse, very lack luster for me. Bah. But glad for the ones that liked what they saw. can't win everything everytime.

Archangel 05-22-2020 09:52 AM

Guess that confirms Master Mold is the Haslab project?

Considering what a minor retool to the White Rabbit a classic White Queen would be, I'd say there is a better than average chance

Did every see the gigantic sentinel leg?

I don't know, they were hyping the biggest build a figure ever next year

Q Prime 05-22-2020 09:53 AM

Wow. Even though it's a year and a half late, I'm still super stoked for the Into the Spiderverse figures.

OH I missed that. I was too busy joking about Firestar and Cannonball's missing legs.

yeah, if we get a HC set, that is an absolute must buy.

That is 100% Shaw's foot. Either that it it's Hasbro's hot new pilgrim-themed line.

Boy Blunder 05-22-2020 09:55 AM

Well, Dwight did say that 2021 would see the actual biggest BAF in Legends history, bigger than either Galactus or Fin Fang Foom.

Which could be Master Mold, if that isn't a HasLab project.

But if it is the project, what could the BAF be?

Either way, that leg is likely Master Mold.

It could also be Donald Pierce to go with the singular Reaver we've gotten

My guess is that the Master Mold is HasLab and a new Galactus will be the BaF. Who else would Hasbro make that could be that big? Will the giant BaF be spread out over 2+ waves?

I am also guessing the comic X-Men non-SDCC will be Shaw and hopefully the rest of the Hellfire club.

warmachine6 05-22-2020 09:59 AM

i was disappointed with that pulse video, the spider-man retro and moon knight leaked online, they stated they'll show new stuff that didn't leak...So only good thing was the sentinel leg tease, war-machine with alot of accessories.

Or a wave of nothing but teen-body characters with no accessories to fit all the parts in :D

(I kid, I kid)

Veronica Mars 05-22-2020 10:03 AM

New Rogue looks better then expected

Maybe? But I'm pretty much 100% sure they'd go with Shaw before they'd even think of doing Pierce.

If it's a set it will likely be both.

And let me say, if we get a HC st and Selene is not in it, my angst will be so loud you'll hear it from wherever you are.

I realize she's not Dark Phoenix era HC, but she's been a solid member.
