Found ol' Megatron at Wal-Mart last night, they also had Optimus...but none of the other Prime figures (the pegs had a few scattered DOTM figures on them) Megs looks pretty damn cool out of package (I can put up some pics if anybody wants them) and his robot mode is hilarious with the top of his head poking out on the jet. ;D

The red is the variant, but it seems like Hasbro shipped their variant cases out first, so they've been a little more common so far.

I couldn't decide... so I decided I should get both. I like the look of the blue, but I like the more classic look of the red too.

Solid figure regardless of the color of the flames. You really can't go wrong.

Archangel came in the mail yesterday from Ebay. I ordered abomination yesterday off amazon and got the free shipping. Amazing deal for such a heavy ass figure. I got the free 2 - 8 days shipping, but it was already at my door today. Picked up some figure stands too.

Got Thor and Hope a while back at TRU's. Then got to peek at two fresh cases at two different Targets from some great employees after dropping the DCPI. Got normal Iron Man & Ghost Rider with Klaw, Constrictor from those - unfortunately, both were normal cases.

All I need now is a photon shield Rogers - passed up two normal shield versions already. Hoping I'll find him today since this should be the actual street/shelving date for these guys.


Interestingly, I also found a series 5 LEGO minifig that was opened (AND ASSEMBLED) left out on a TRU shelf - the "Gangster" (he's AWESOME by the way!). I actually took the little guy to the cashier and she happily let me buy the thing. Uh, the depravity of these people - who would do that? Found it odd and hilarious at the same time. :)

Lucky. All I'm seeing around here is the variants. Which sucks for me cause I want blue flame ghost rider, not red flame.

I found another Walmart that's clearing out their older Vintage Collection figures for $4 a pop. Perfect form me since I got the Stormtrooper bug. And since a few Arkers recommended this Ani-Vader, I got him too.
