Yep, that was my brother’s treasured fig along with this Gambit fig. I can’t wait for Hasbro’s take on AoA Cyclops. https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/eoAAA...Iqw/s-l300.jpg |
Ah, the good old X-Men Classics Light-Up series. That remains my favorite Gambit figure ever. I know that there have been better figures since then, that this figure's elbows can't bend and it's not in scale with any Marvel Legend figure. But the sculpting is nice, the light-up card was a cool feature and it was just a lot of fun to play with. Unfortunately, my figure was broken in a move and I had to throw it out. I do have my Toy Biz Age of Apocalypse Cyclops, though I think the accessories are gone.
I also loved the Toy Biz Monster Armor Cyclops they made after the Light-Up Classics wave, which they later reused and repainted with a new head for the X-Men vs. Street Fighter Cyclops figure. That Cyclops was cool too, with the removable bomber jacket and optic blast accessory, but I prefer the brighter suit colors of the Monster Armor figure. I swear, if Hasbro made a Marvel Legends figure of the Jim Lee Cyclops with bright suit colors, a removable bomber jacket and an optic blast accessory, I'd never need to buy another Cyclops again. |

Is the Best of X-Men Wave a UK release/re-release?

Sure, I've recently sold over $2000 worth of stuff between ebay and the internet, but do I really want to take that chance? I know my personal philosophy is "Buy now, regret later," but in this current economic crisis, I'm not sure I can continue that philosphy at this time. I've also budgeted myself for certain things. Like I've got $140 in cash sitting in my PS4 Spider-Man case specifically for the upcoming vintage wave figures. EDIT: er, maybe I'm just overthinking it right now due to being tired. |

Rogue needs a hand with the left holding the right glove like the Select figure. |
asian ninja Psylocke. No thanks.
How about 1980s British Betty Braddock where she did have pinkish/purple hair and she had some wild model fashion type clothes. Thats the Psylocke I grew up with in the 1980s. |

I feel like we will get a full outback team with her in that outfit eventually though. |
I'm throwing my bid in for Australian Outback era Armored Psylocke. But yeah it'll almost surely be a repaint of what we already have.

It must be nice or you, Dustin to be a total asshole making smart ass replies to me or anyone.

You do realilze that British Betty Braddock was around way bbefore the stupid asian ninja thing.
Like I said, Hasbbro needs to make British Betty Braddock in one her stylish model type fashion clothes and she did have pinkish/purple hair at the time. I know my X-Men comics from back then. Quote:

You know your X-Men huh? Hasbro will never make a "Betty Braddock" because it's BETSY or ELIZABETH. Quote:
