I've been been beating this broken drum since it was announced the MCU decided to go in this direction. For whatever strange reason I was legitimately surprised at the initial announcement. I imagine that I, well...WE, Skoob are not alone in our extreme disappointment. Here's hoping we get a new and AWESOME comic Surfer figure out of the blunder. Because this basically insures a proper representation of Norrin in the MCU is off the table. Therefore, #fuckfeige.

Fkn assholes at Target change the release time just hours before release and surprise surprise it's sold out

They changed the time from 1PM to 9AM EST a couple of days ago. When I saw the listing at 10AM, it was already all sold out. Boy, this hobby sure is fun with all the scalpers buying up the market isn't it?

Where did you see it change times? I am really trying to figure out how you find this out ahead of time. I come to Toyark every few hours and are subscribed to everything i can think of. Is this a Twitter thing? i need to get on twitter. Please let me know
Also, i just got off the phone with Target customer service in India. I recommend you calling if you are frustrated by this and complaining about the way Target does preorders. Not trying to be too naive here but I know my complaint does very little. Maybe it will be slightly more noticed if more people complain. Specifically why do they move the time without informing us? I also suggested they allow us to enter our email address on the preorder page so we can be emailed as soon as the preorder drops.
here is the customer service phone number i got after chatting with Target for an hour online: 1-800-591-3869 Press 3 then 4. My wait time was about 15 minutes. Do your part. We all hate exclusive preorder releases.

Seems like Target is on a lot of shit lists today. They canceled my NECA Tokka/Rahzar order I made in April after pointlessly having me approve a delay since then. Fuck Target!!!

They done that with every reissue of him. Soft goods/bulky character tax. TBH, it's a decent figure but one with inhibited articulation by its design...dare I say dated now.

I think it was on x & toy news international. I wanted that set really bad. So I would pay attention to every detail that I saw to increase my chances of getting the set

Me too, Preternia is good for finding pre order links, plus I keep finding out that I've been blocked by people who I've never even talked to before. :rolleyes: I have to admit, that does put the kaibash on any conflict.

I think the choice to use the female Surfer is that they know she won't make it out of that universe (IMO) and then they don't have to kill off the Norrin Surfer in one movie and he can be used more in the bigger universe. I could be full of shit too, we will see.
