Not sure if you heard of it, but there's been this virus going around. (: A lot of people are home from work, and a lot of processes have been disrupted. Hasbro's entire phone-based customer service team is currently not working, which has probably somewhat overburdened email.

Does anyone else's grey Beast have a chunk of plastic missing around the swivel on the back of his right thigh? It's not a super deep cut, but it's about an inch long and the exposed blue plastic is really unsightly (it's one of the few parts of the figure made out of blue plastic, since it's a piece that's mostly his blue trunks). I contacted Hasbro and they said their warehouses are out of the figure already, so they're going to send me some other random figure instead, but I'm wondering if the issue is widespread or just an issue with mine. I imagine it's an isolated case, because there's also a visible scuff on the same piece, like someone dropped the piece after painting and then put it back on the assembly line. I compared it to blue Beast, though, and there's definitely missing plastic, not just missed paint.

I just discovered this thread. Sorry to pull up an old post, but I was wondering, how hard was it to remove the hood on Dr Doom? I wanted to remove the hood but I'm worried about breaking it as I see green on the top of the peg, so I was wondering if you ripped it out or did it just come off the hood with heat?
