Now I'm wondering, do I get just one to have it as Mastermold and have the 3 Amazon Sentinels as the main army, or do I attempt to sell more stuff so I can get 2-3 to just have be Sentinels? Of course, this is all theoretical but my wife tells me to just go ahead and order one. I told her I've got a month to decide and see what our finances are then.

Oh, I decided to grab one of the Target Black Widows today as they had her on clearance for $10. I couldn't justify getting another since I previously bought one at full retail, but if she drops to $5 at some point, I will definitely do so.

I kind of had a feeling when NECA announced that their SDCC exclusives will be sold through Walmart. I prefer Amazon over Walmart.

If Con exclusives are going to be sold through Walmart that SERIOUSLY sucks. If it's Hellfire Club which it appears it is likely, that's an odd choice to send to brick and mortar retail. Maybe the movie con exclusive is Walmart and the Hellfire Club solely online retailers. Not that I wish that on the people who want that set, but it's less risque.

Regardless, if the set's Hellfire Club and I don't get one upfront, I'll get one eventually even if it's 2 times the cost. I refuse to miss out on it.

Yes..losing TRU was a horrible blow. I grew up going there as did my kids. My granddaughter cried when it closed. Hell I shed a tear or two myself. I hate that Wal-Mart gets any exclusives...I find Target to be the better retailer when trying to find merchandise.

I miss TRU, their rewards, their sales, price matching, price adjusting, ordering from their site, and finding figures in their store.

It looks like you need a minimum of three and perhaps four to display the different Sentinel portraits.

I’m guessing the next tier will be effect parts and/or another 6” figure. I wonder if they’ll add more tiers after 9,000.

The damaged parts would also make a great display piece when taking pictures in battle as you can just have the head and hand on the ground as an already destroyed Sentinel.

Will they add more tiers after the third one or is that it?

I’m wondering about that too because there are only 3 tiers shown but the description says, “For each 1,000 additional backers, we’ll unlock more marvelous stuff for every single backer.“ I think by August 24th there will be around 12-15,000 backers.
