Far less "iconic" portrayals and characters have gotten merchandise, so nothing surprising there. Especially with the 20th anniversary.

Given the limitations of Hasbro Pulse and shipping internationally, this will be an option for some. I do see that no international orders for it will be fulfilled on DS's site right now but what I also see is it's likely they will be offered at some point - right now it's just a shipping weight/cost issue.

I think that's grand of them. I like DS. I try to order everything I can through them; the only things I end up cancelling are if I find an X-wave at retail first, then yes, I'm going to buy it and cancel. But I've left other figures I've seen at retail on the shelf because I want to support DS - they are local-ish to me, so that makes a difference to me at least.

Of course, the last three years and this year especially, seeing things at retail is limited because my trips are limited (to practically nonexistent right now), so having that online security is also great.

Cable was already confirmed as a Walmart exclusive and several are being released in two-packs, so it's definitely a retail thing. I'm guessing the con exclusive is Cyclops or another Wolverine variant or something. Maybe Deathstrike.

I still think the Con exclusive is going to be either X-1 or X-2 Jean/Storm/Cyclops/Wolverine maybe Rogue OR DOFP "in the future" Storm/Wolverine/Colossus and a mix of Iceman/Bishop/Warpath/Sunspot/Blink.

Well to be fair, John Wesley Shipp's Flash is still somewhat relevant to CW's Arrowverse.

But I'm almost 90% sure Multiverse of Madness will tie Fox's X-Men movies into the MCU somehow, even if it's as simple as saying they took place in alternate universe within the realm of the MCU.

Depends on how they want to approach it which could be one of several ways.

Wait until the very end of the crowdfunding period and see how many preorders theyve had and order the corresponding amount from hasbro

Order a certain amount to start and if preorders go above that amount, order the additional amount required

Order a certain amount and once preorders reach that amount, that's it for them

There are other options, but these are the first three that came to my mind. I think it will be interesting to see, should they still be offering it after the crowdfunding period closes, whether or not the price goes up. If the price for this on the overall secondary market increases substantially, I would think theyre going to want to take some advantage of that.

The Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Rebecca Romijn and neutral Hugh Jackman heads aren't too bad but the rest do look a little rough.

Tbh, I'm far more interested in the Deadpool stuff that's supposed to be coming. I may end up picking these up, but they aren't a priority.
