All these years I've never actually seen any of Hasbro's target exclusives in the store save for the Ghost/Luis two pack. Not even that green suit captain marvel. I guess I better just make my peace with never having the Storm Thunderbird set. I still never got the Kraven set or Red Hulk and likely never will.

I've seen most of their exclusives, but with the vastly decreased amount I'm setting foot in retail stores this year, chances are I'll either have to be content with missing it or paying a ridiculous amount for it.

Ghost & Luis weren't Target exclusives, which reinforces your point. I never got that damned Red Hulk either.

There's always Amazon or eBay.

Got everything I wanted to get preordered today. I don’t care as much that I missed the GI Joes. Now I just need the Hellfire Club and Logan/Professor X sets in September. I’ll get the Best of X-Men releases as well whenever they come out. I’ll have until August to decide if I want to keep all 7 orders of the Haslab Sentinel or reduce it to maybe 5. I need to prepare for the aftermarket prices just in case because I don’t plan on skipping the Marvel Legends SDCC sets this year. Last year the Hulk and Boba Fett sold out while checking out and I ended up skipping them.

Deadpool and Negasonic Teenage Warhead x2, Domino x2, and Old Man Logan and Hawkeye x2 preordered at Dorkside.

Psylocke, Nimrod, and Fantomex x2 preordered at Amazon with my rewards.

Storm and Thunderbird x2 preordered at Target with the Target Circle $10 off $50 offer. I would have used my gift cards but I had to order quickly.

Looks like Rogue’s costume will now have yellow. Maybe a newly sculpted head and a green jacket.

That's nice of you. Never finding any of these made me give up retail hunting. Though it seems getting the exclusives online is not any easier.

I definitely want the Nimrod set and since I don't have a Psylocke or Fantomex I wouldn't mind getting it at full price but I might wait and see how quickly they put it on sale given its near-winter release date.

Well fuck. As I expected, that was pointless. Why even have them up for preorder if you aren't going to actually let people preorder? The point of preordering is to know how many you need to order for your store. There should NEVER be a limit.

I've seen almost every Target exclusive, but sometimes it's only one shipment and that's it. Red Hulk, Black Widow, Kraven and Spider-Man, BW and Hawkeye from Endgame, and many others.

Really wish Psylocke was just a repaint of her Jim Lee costume. She wore this suit for just a handful of issues starting half way thru Uncanny X-Force #14 when Warren apparently had her change into it off-panel... then she was in OtherWorld as Lady Britain and then just wore civilian clothes until leaving the team in issue #25. She still showed up on the covers in the costume but this look is a lot like putting Colossus in his Contest of Champions suit- very "blink and you miss it" If they wanted a new look they should have gone with Marvel Now- that's a pretty good costume.

I haven't really had any issue finding Target exclusives, that I can recall. I think the "worst" would be Red Hulk, and the MCU Spidey/MJ pack. Only saw each of them once.

Every thing else has ranged from "not hard" to "distressingly overstocked".

There's no way that glove they teased is for the same Rogue they showed at Toy Fair, unless it's a pack-in intended to be used with the previous Rogue. It's either an updated re-release of the Juggernaut-wave Rogue (either for the "best of" wave or the House of X wave) or it's an Age of Apocalypse Rogue. The Toy Fair Rogue will be a separate figure.

I've always had good luck with Target exclusives. Red Hulk was the only one who was elusive.

You mean his Utopia-era costume, that he wore for... about four years? I mean, yeah, the figure is based on the 'streamlined' version from Contest, but it's only missing... like, one line of yellow by comparison.

Hardly a fair comparison then. Again, he first donned that outfit in Uncanny #500, and didn't change until he got Juggernaut's powers a few years later. Not to mention that a not-insignificant amount of people likely first got exposed to Colossus because of Champions, so they'd want to capitalize on that for wider possible appeal.

The Betsy costume is much more niche.
