Has anyone placed an order recently with Megalopolis? What has your experiences been like?

Good lord, their turnover time to ship is bad...placed an order over a week ago, and it STILL hasn't shipped. Meanwhile my Dorkside and BBTS orders got to me within that same time frame. Wtf?...

I haven't so I can't personally give my experience, but just reading on other sites the feedback and experiences skew heavily towards negative.

.I think that's an excellent way, to extend us an extra month. A new round of stretch goals via a freebie (like the 2nd tentacle). A heartfelt "thank you" via a 2nd helmet noggin for female Prime Sentinels. Making every fig a troop builder. Bastian got an extra noggin (so should the women)!

Found Gwen and Spidey at Gamestop today... was also really tempted by armored Daredevil... that is one gorgeous action figure, but I am not familiar with that look, so I passed on him. Wasn't gonna buy any retro Spidey figs, but I made the mistake of playing the PS4 Spidey game.

@MeLikeJinx - Congrats on getting your retro Spidey figures. I've got Spider-Man, Gwen Stacy, Green Goblin and Electro pre-ordered from Amazon, I hope the boxes will be okay when they're shipped.

Found two Blue Suit Deadpools at Wal-Mart today. I had been there shopping the day before and nothing was there so it was stocked and sold out in one day!

I've used him before- took multiple emails and finally a threat of asking for a refund to get my stuff. Good prices- especially the Black Friday Sale... but it's going to be delivered via a turtle riding a snail.

Before I break down and order a Sentinel, is there anyone here who wants to promise me a Bastion figure for a reasonable price? I would rather not order the Sentinel to just get Bastion if I can avoid it. Just thought I'd throw it out there one more time before I cave in and buy the whole thing.

Welp, my sister just put down the money for a Sentinel, so there's that. My wife said, "now you're covered for all eight days of Hanukkah."

You know, I'll bet you can end up reselling the rest for quite a profit, if all you want is Bastion. Hell, I'm still angling for army-building the Prime Sentinels, so I know others are likely looking to do the same.

Ya think Feige may have helped the Sentinels sell so well? He did buy thousands of Jabba Barges. Give him an extra month and who knows? Who knows how many stretch goals he'll single handedly buy for us!!!

Maybe. It's hard to know how it will turn out. With so many sold, I worry that there are people buying several just to resell them later. If I have to sell the Sentinel at a loss, would I just be better off paying the aftermarket price for Bastion? It's almost impossible to speculate what Bastion will sell for because no one knows how many people actually want to army build the Sentinel Prime figure.

I guess that answers my question as I was going to ask if the female version came with a generic Sentinel head so I can just have them be a generic army.

So wait a second...you bought 3 of the Sentinels without even knowing what is included with them? To the point that you'd then ask people on a message board what an item that you purchased came with, rather than going back to the product page and reading about what you're spending almost a thousand dollars on. I thought the head on the female sentinel was already supposed to be generic. Then again, I'm not terribly familiar with the Prime Sentinels, and Google isn't being much help.

I'm assuming that if the campaign ends on Monday at 11:59 pm that payment will be collected the next day?

it is. if I recall correctly all the females that had long hair had their head flowing over the sentinel prime mechanics. But he's indicated he's not read past AOA (or was it Onslaught?), as of a month ago, so at that point he wouldn't be familiar with the storyline.


Also:

If people are worried about not having the money by Monday but know they'll have it soon after, why not put it on a credit card and then use that money to pay it off?

It's over a thousand dollars. It is actually even worse than it appears. Just try not to think about it and don't bother responding to the questions.

I bought the Sentinels for the Sentinels. I honestly couldn't care less about Bastion and girl Bastion, though, I don't see what the big deal is. I mean, did you just seriously get offended because I didn't pay attention to what a bonus figure I might just be selling off comes or does not come with? Why?

I had to put my measly 2 sentinels on a credit card like a peasant. King George over here walks ass backwards into 3 and doesn’t even know what they come with. Where is the justice???
