Here’s the Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/Marvel-Classi...MQZ7GCHRGGPK5N

That said, he is currently listed as “unavailable.” Also, I’m slightly disappointed they didn’t include a horn (with which Doom can toot as he pleases), with all the other cool accessories the figure has. The Darkhold is especially cool. I’d love a Werewolf by Night to go with it).

That sucks. Thats two marvel related passings. :(

If Doom isn't just a one-off and the FF TV figures are more of a thing, this has some interesting possibilities.

Gorgon, Wizard, Psycho Man, Attuma, Dragon Man and Firelord are all characters who were in that line but haven't been in Legends yet.

I'd totally be down for a Kang and Iron Lad two pack if they don't just do Kang on his own.

EvilMonkeyPope 08-31-2020 02:52 PM

Now I'm mad I got the previous Dr. Doom with a leg I don't want instead of these accessories. I haven't opened him yet, but he's probably past his target return window.

I don't think he's a one-off, if that was the case I think they'd have used the gray Marvel Super Heroes card back from the first two vintage waves

Yah, I think now they will re-release the Walgreens F4 with retro cards, but it will be the white stripe costume instead: https://terrigen-cdn-dev.marvel.com/...sharable3a.png Not sure if Johnny will be in costume or on fire or both though.

warmachine6 08-31-2020 03:37 PM

My supplier posted, about the pre-order details for doom which inculded the words " EU Convention exclusive, "
though not sure how true that is.

Was not expecting Logan to show up till the end of this month, when he suddenly showed up today with little to no warning. Been EAGERLY waiting for this guy!

Robb 08-31-2020 03:37 PM

I was able to pick up the Magneto/Professor X 2 pack at BAM today. They also have all their clearance 50% off.
I also have a lot of things that Amazon says will be here tomorrow but have not even shipped yet. We shall wait and see.

MeLikeJinx 08-31-2020 03:48 PM

^ Man, I wish I had a Books A Million where I lived... I see funko pop hunters go there all the time on youtube vids. So random they would get that set at retail first though.

But, it is the end of this month. :)

hasbroherofan 08-31-2020 04:24 PM

I'm seeing a lot of people talking about getting their Amazon orders (including Toxin) faster than the stated date for whatever reason.

Archangel 08-31-2020 04:25 PM

Damn Hasbro for sneaking in new preorders when I’m not paying attention.

I've been living in September for about a week now...lol. Logan was supposed to show up near the 21st for me...but here he is.

Hot damn...This Logan is awesome though. So happy to finally have a Fox Logan, especially when I thought it was something we would NEVER received from Hasbro. Immediately took the angry head and swapped it out onto my X-2 leather suit Wolverine (which...headsculpt and tiny claws asides...still holds up pretty good) and was really happy with the result!

R.I.P. Norm Spencer. I'm crushed to learn that he passed away, as Cyclops is my favorite X-Man and I still hear his voice in my head whenever I read any comics with Cyclops in it. Now I want a Marvel Legends re-release of the Jim Lee Cyclops figure even more, which didn't seem humanly possible. He will be sorely missed.

2020, I hate you so much.

@Ultra Seven - Thanks for the retro Doctor Doom link, that was very kind of you! I've added the link to my favorites and will keep checking back.
I hope it gets added back in stock soon.

I can't wait to see what Marvel Legends surprises that we'll see during the Hasbro con in late September. I can't wait to get the rumored J. Jonah Jameson, Black Cat and Firestar with Ms. Lion all pre-ordered!

I know the feeling, my local grocery store put up its Halloween stuff as soon as the school year began so I had to do a double-take on the date because they usually never put that stuff out until some point into September.

That definitely is a swell looking Logan, I never pre-ordered it (even though I had the chance a few times) but I'll still get one at some point and then I'm also looking forward to the first movie jacket figure.

Love how in Marvel Legends, the Darkhold, a grimoire of sins and spells, is essentially a 5th grade mathematics textbook with both a line chart and bar graph inscribed into its pages.....;):p

Cool sets.

Preordered 2 Retro Doctor Dooms and another Retro Mysterio.

I’d buy the Classic Fantastic Four and Silver Surfer on Retro cards.

I like that both books, and the text book(?) that Grey Beast has, have the same pages. Like everyone in the Marvel Universe needs that information so much, it is printed in every single book. I feel like if I ripped open Gwen Stacey's Trapper Keeper, I would find that line chart.

It's advantageous to make summoning evil elder gods as easy to follow as possible!

Something feels right in my head about these costume choices but is there an actual comic or cartoon look that references that cloth dealie or the belt?

Robb 09-01-2020 03:01 AM

Mysterio looks to be in stock at Best Buy.
