China seller BLUE DUFF aka Jimmyz Toys has MARIA HILL again....this time for auction though. Already up to almost $40usd and 3 days left...will go for $60 plus.Higher only by Vision for loose.

I am building a S.H.I.E.L.D. team worthy of the GODS....but no Maria Hill. :(
Just Black Widow with painted boots and a head swap..... does the job, but I still want her!!!!

I have S.H.I.E.L.D. decals galore though..... Work a treat for making vehicles and have tiny ones for their arm logos even.

for troops you can use MOON KNIGHT for $3usd from HAPPYEVERYDAYSALES
same body as the three pack troops, different upper torso, but I am using these as my officers.
(Jimmy Choo, Jasper Sitwell, Clay Quatermain, Gabe Jones)
Anyway, instead of painting them, I used PROMARKERS over the white. Already has white gloves, white boots and a white belt. Two coats and it doesnt wipe off or rub like paint will.

For the bulk I bought NICK FURY mail aways from ebay and HTS for $15usd, then had VORTIUS cast me S.H.I.E.L.D. trooper heads, no eyes makes painting a breeze and its cast in flesh already.Just a blue helmet and black googles...done.

Then used Black Widow and head swapped ladies heads. Also VORTIOUS made a MELINDA MAY head from GI JOE HELIX... aka The Bus Driver... or just use that head but change the hair, if you want an ASIAN female but dont want to pint the eyes. Invisible Woman or GI JOE ROC COVER GIRL make a great Sharron Carter.

Also have mandroids, hellicarrier personel, a SHIELD TEAM 6 of commando types, and a few cusomized vehicles.... about 30 figures in total and counting.

Still WIP but will post pics after Christmas, as this army is a present for my son. My HYDRA army is gonna be even better and bigger!!!!

Also buying trading or killing for:
CAPTAIN AMERICA MOVIE LINE..... Hydra Attack Trooper #15 light geen and yellow colour variant. If any one has ANY of these I am very interested.

They will go to a nice home where they can run around and get lots of fresh country air...Lots of love and organic food for them too. So dont be afraid to let them go, here they are welcome under their leader SDCC Red Skull.

PERFECTION!!!!! Is that the world peace keepers horse? Hit his sword (The Ebony Blade)with a black sharpie to make it ebony like the comics.... easy fix and it wont flake.

Goldengreg 11-24-2013 03:23 AM

Ukmu, you have to take some pics of your epic Shield troops!

skywarrped 11-24-2013 08:25 AM

viperskingdom has a couple of the new Cap movie figures on eBay (without accessories).

Winter Soldier

Steve Rogers Cap

Then there's this Red Skull figure I don't remember seeing before from jiandan9966. I guess it's also from the new Cap Movie. They have Cap and Winter Soldier as well. I like the Hydra symbol on Red Skull's belt.

Red Skull

ukmu 11-24-2013 08:55 AM

will do golden greg!!! Just waiting on heads and a few other bucks and my mandroids to arrive. Still have to add the decals and then I will post. Also it is my son's, Blaze, army for his Christmas. So I will take some after Christmas....

that is the first I have seen of THAT Red Skull skywarped.... I may
use THAT body for my HYDRA officers..... just put some Blonde
heads
on them and wear the hat from the other new Red Skull...maybe like 4? Or maybe just 2 of them to hold HYDRA flags??Maybe some troops wearing gas masks and some kind of GI JOE back pack with Greman looking helmets??That would be spooky and cool. I dont know yet....I LOVE the belt on him though, also need some diversity in my HYDRA lineup. I like that his hands are black too. Just head swap and paint the neck.... by the way, what is up with all 3 of those new heads???

is that 6 Red Skulls now???
SDCC
Cap2
Avengers Assemble w/ hat
Black Cap1
Grey Cap1
Green Cap1

wonder if we can get a Baron Strucker or Viper/Lady Hydra????

That new Cap Steve Roges looks like a fat Doogie Houser.

MADREVJACK 11-24-2013 09:14 AM

Remember back in the day when retailers gave toybiz shit and wouldn't carry the first marvel legends Red Skull figure at all!

ukmu 11-24-2013 11:49 AM

right....and now look at us!!!!

Ha ha he kind of does. I'm hoping they clean these up before they hit retail. Unlikely though since often when I buy from some of these eBay sellers the quality is better than what I see at retail sometimes... otherwise I might have to pass. Red skull looks cool though.
I stopped by a brand new tj maxx on Friday hoping to find a green mandarin, all they had were those crappy amazing spiderman and IM3 figs. Other than thor 2, it's been a bad few years for this scale in movie lines.

I used them to army build some S.H.I.E.L.D. and then just head swapped them for S.H.I.E.L.D. trooper heads. $15 for body from HTS and $4 for head from VORT. Better than buying the 3 pack for $50 to $80 or even worse the $30 plus the single trooper can command on ebay.

I wish Hasbro would make some S.H.I.E.L.D. figures as they are HUGE right now. After Avengers Assemble became the highest grossing film in the world (that doesnt involve James Cameron anyway) and now the HIT tv show. And everyone would like a Maria Hill to go with their Nick Fury.

I cold use a Fury head or two. Need to make one of the new AA Fury figures into Fury classic.

Awesome scores, man! I paid about $20 for my Tiger Shark alone.

i was trying to do a setup with him and astonishing wolverine and i couldnt believe the size difference. I wish they could find a way to make coils take a certain shape, same problem with constricter.

I'd like to see a comparison pic of the MU version and the toybiz version.

Its almost as if he and saber tooth are in a different scale.

samsson37 11-26-2013 08:56 PM

Just checked 6'11'' 425lbs....that's a big boy

spade 11-27-2013 04:14 AM

Okay that makes sense. He was created in the 90's where stylish was more dominated over proportions.

ukmu 11-27-2013 05:35 AM

a chinese seller on ebay just sold Maria Hill Marvel Universe £43.00sterling or about $71usdollars.
