If you look closely at his biceps and quads you should be able to see that his arms aren't actually bigger than his legs; draw your focus away from the massively pronounced shoulders and it should become more clear. The distortion you're perceiving may also be due to the 'gauntlets' (or heavy gloves) he's wearing. The new Ikaris outfit designed by JRJR (et al) for the Eternals mini cover-art that this illustration represents features extra-thick, very long gloves that extend nearly to the center of his brachia obscuring his lower biceps. It also appears that all of the Eternals are rising ascendant (motion blurs) from a position below frame before the Celestials in the background, which is important to note because it's not uncommon for comic artists to play around with proportions and perspective to denote/connote movement. Unlike his kin behind him, I get the impression that Ikaris is substantially closer to the observer and positioned at a higher angle in relation to the viewer, hence his head being stationed above the other Eternals, and JRJR might be intending for his legs to be slightly pitched back with the character moving from the background into the foreground while elevating. Finally, and, as of late (last 15 yrs, or so), JRJR has been playing loose with all of the aforementioned techniques in his art and has employed more abstract expressions. It's an acquired taste for sure, but I still like it. At least he hasn't gone complete 'Bill Sienkiewicz', who's art I also love despite its vast departure from early Moon Knight and Power Man & Iron Fist...

In any event, when/if Hasbro gets around to comic Eternals, which I sincerely hope is soon, I would like this outfit for Ikaris...I'm on the fence as to how the original duds will translate to toys, but I would also be happy with either the original or the modern remixes of their looks.

Skip on the Hellfire set, and preorder some My Little Ponies would be my suggestion.

I know I already have a set but I'm trying to get one more for various uses. If I don't though I'm not going to be too upset. It's also the only thing I want so I'm happy with that at least.

I just have the Hellfire Club tab open. That's the only thing I care about. The Cobra Commander is cool, but not what I'm looking for in a CC and I already own a Drakkon for PR.
