I wish Dark Knight Batman's mouth was closed. It seems practically impossible to depict an open mouth on such small figures without the result looking weird. The figure looks pretty good otherwise.

Makes a lot of sense: the Batmobile is done, they've got Keaton's likeness available, and '89 Batman is popular enough that China has never stopped pumping out KOs of the NECA figure. 9 years of constant production is just next-level popular.

And that leak about a 6-pack of figures? Supposedly... theatrical Batman 6-pack.

So much available tooling... so much budget to allocate for likenesses! Affleck, Pattinson, & TDK Bale are already tooled up, and Kilmer & Clooney wear the same suit with different cowls. '89 Batman is tooled as well if that aforementioned Gold Label comes to be, and if they opt for Returns then 3/4s of that tooling has already been done for that Flash figure, just new gauntlets, cowl, and pecs. So yes, easy to save production money on a set like this.

Just watch them shove Begins Bats in this box, or put Panther Kilmer in this set and only have Sonar Suit as a single release.

But, they aren't 3.75 inch Star Wars / GI Joe scale right? Again bigger just not to fit in with the current figures in the market.

I know McFarlane has an ego that can barely fit on this planet. But it doesn't hurt if a small starting toyline scales up to something.

These Dark Knight Returns 2 figures look cool. Hopefully he'll make more, that SS lady thing with the tommy gun, and Joker.

They're 3" IIRC, so more like 1/24 scale instead of 1/18, similar to Kenner's MASK. Or maybe those "Mission Scale" Sigma 6 Joes? If you've got the Round 2 Batmobile with the resin Batman figure, they're that height.

Given the Batman obsession with the line I'm still shocked she hasn't been done. Not even her Arkham version given how much focus that series of games has received.

As far as the history of P.I.'s looks the Arkham game versions are the worse designs. She's like a herion addict painted green.

If McFarlane tackles her I hope its the newer bio armor IVY. At least with that look, shes imposing.

That's her "Queen Ivy" persona, right? Think I remember that look making a brief appearance at the end of "Joker War" (Tynion/Jimenez team-up is god tier awesome)

Long hair (laying down) doesn't make sense for this look if its bio armor then. flowers and plants grow up towards the sun. Roots grow down. Hair would be akin to pedals/flower/leaves/blossoms..
