Well, you know how in the Bible it says God took a rib from Adam to make eve, so did Hasbro take the flight stand from surfer to give to female movie version. ;)

AAA 09-09-2025 08:15 PM

They should produce a premium cosplay Galactus Helmet that come with a pvc mouthpiece so you can wear it or display it with your ML figures.....

Floor Boss 09-10-2025 03:51 PM

Beast is dope. From Astonishing, Although I'd rather of had an ULTIMATE Beast or any late 80's X-Factor version of him.

& The Silver Surfer on that old AF body though, w/ no floating 'Spidey style' torso for $30? C'mon now! The Renew your Vows body would of been perfect. Too bad... Many of us are saving $$$ on this mid set. Good thing it wasn't A villain BaF wave.

snake5289 09-10-2025 04:40 PM

It'd be awesome if they start making more Ultimate X-Men. I'd do my best to actually finish the whole team instead of just the few figures I get here and there.

AFU 09-18-2025 11:18 AM

The pre orders I see none are sold out…I guess there are people like me that are just sick of the preorders…So sick, I’m thinking about canceling all of them because keeping up with my balance in accounts is just crazy…I’m holding off at this point in time, Hasbro wants Christmas money now, while all your Christmas money is in pre orders fluctuating with overdrawn fees…

redfox 09-19-2025 04:41 PM

Yeah, completely missed the preorders for Mystique & Storm. Hopefully I'll be able to find them as fruitfully in person as the recent Xavier and Jean figures.

Greylight 09-21-2025 12:13 PM

The last three images in the gallery and the one in the headline for this front page post, are of the wrong Storm figure. It’s the black repaint of the Jim Lee suit from a few years ago, rather than the new one in the Outback suit.

Easy mistake to make, since Hasbro reused the same head instead of a new sculpt with accurate hair for this costume.

I hoped that they would do that with the Astonishing Emma. Great work Hasbro team. This is retread that works well for me. I'll buy another Super Skrull with similar treatment.

The Owl looks great. Hasbro has been delivering on many of my wants for two years and running now.

Bi-Beast, Caiera, and Graviton please

snake5289 10-25-2025 06:31 PM

What's the difference between this "Spider-Venom" and regular black suit Spider-Man?

DNukem170 10-25-2025 08:16 PM

It baffles me how they refuse to give Emma a cloth cape.

Anyway, only figure I'm picking up is 2099. Been wanting a non-Spider-Verse version of the figure for a while now.

webz 10-26-2025 03:06 AM

Easy pass for me. Just got the x97 Emma. No interest in the spider folks.

ThorOdinson123 10-26-2025 07:28 AM

Most of those figures will be on clearance and at Ollie's in no time especially owl and hypno hustler

Totally agree. This is one of the weakest sets. Good for the wallet though. Gets a few months to breathe easy.

2099 I feel is the only thing that good in this wave…
Emma is definitely a must have, imo…

I want to know that as well. Also, what's up with the chain?

Great question and hopefully an Arker will give us the answer!

Better yet, Fans of Marvel Legends! Aren’t some of us just a little tired of Spider-Man just a little? I know I am, I know Spider-Man is the main, but f@&k man!

I'm only a casual ML collector but I'd love some more Ghost Rider villains.

The patterns are pretty different. The spider legs on the classic black suit are bunched together and all go across the axillary, here they're spread out with the lower legs going down and around his waist while the upper legs go over the shoulders. More obviously the white on the fingers and feet aren't a part of the traditional version.

snake5289 10-29-2025 04:44 PM

Guess I should have specified. I wasn't talking about the look of the suit I'm asking what makes this version of the character different? Is it yet another alternate universe version, a new clone/evil twin, or just some lame attempt to "update" the look of black suit Spidey?

Agreed imagine if Thor and Hulk and their supporting players and villans could get as much love as Spider-Man gets from Hasbro.

AGREED. If Hasbro had made Maximum Hulk an entirely new figure it probably would have been a runaway success. We need a new and bigger Hulk.

I not to disappointed to much with the Maximum Hulk…I like the inclusion of the heads, love the accessories, and love the color tone…I just wish they would get rid of those “sharp elbow claws” so freaking ugly!

Note: Wanting comic Bi-Beast and Mecha Hulk for the longest, and at this stage in my collection habits, I don’t like getting reissued figures, but I would love a new bigger and badder improved comic Abomination, with same color way as the BAF from the past.

Note 2: Maybe Hasbro can give some villians some “Maximum” love, and I think a comic Abomination would be a great figure for this treatment!
