I don't think the Iron Man is a Legends figure, he's shorter than the Sentinel and that Sentinel is the same as this listing

Giant-Sized X-Men Marvel Heroclix - Sentinel Mark II Exclusive Version - Heroclix Marvel Heroclix

Which they claim is more than 5". Which means I was wrong on my estimate for FFF's height, he's closer to 12"-13" than 16". Hard to tell without exact measurements. I still think its a good stand in if you don't want to shell out the money for Legends FFF.

Edit: Archivist beat me to it.

Can't be a ML that Foom is 13" tall. Legends would be about the size of that sentinel there. Maybe it's one of those static figures you see in a set with Hulk and Black widow. From Mediacom maybe?

the hands and those plate things on his hips are what made me think of ML ironman. guess I'm wrong.

was gonna pick one up as well then I told myself do I really need a freakin ultimate green goblin? so I left him :D

He is pretty pricey himself though.

The Adventure People Kickstarter is close with 13 days left:
$20,838
pledged of $25,000 goal

Plus they added wave 2 mock-ups:

Here is to hoping...

Maybe it's the Legends Showdown Iron Man? That'd be a similar build and look to it.

LordMudd 02-19-2016 07:51 PM

To me, that looks like the classic red/gold armor with a repainted red/silver space armor helmet on it.

CCC.

Yea I keep looking at him and in person I don't want him but a few hours later I'm sitting at home wishing I bought him this has happened two days in a row. When I finally just say yes he'll suddenly be the most sought after figure and be impossible to find.

Universe 02-19-2016 10:50 PM

He's good for the head sculpt but the body is bleh; I stuck mine on a hulk body for more articulation.

Yes, the AA Hulk is a very close match. Really only needs shoulder spikes.

The only real question is: display with the comic Ultimate 'verse (which in my collection is only the Ultimates right now) or start an animated Ultimate Spidey/Web Warriors display?

maybe, but showdown ironman doesn't have the discs or whatever they're called on his hips like that ironman with FFF so I dunno. .

I like the display piece for this Marvel Select CA

Universe 02-21-2016 09:46 PM

@ Pyscho Pirate:
I'm not familiar with either to be honest. I'm more of a 616 only guy, not that I'm against it, I would love an Ultimate (comicverse) Avengers display, just don't have that many and the line covering the ones that came out didn't do it much justice except the Ultimate Iron Man which I would love to own one day.

@Il Cattivo, the iron man Foom was holding didn't look like it had elbow articulation, leading me to think that's just a small figurine.

@theArchivist
That Antman looks amazing! I guess it would replace the Legends one or for grow effect, I suppose it's ever so slightly shorter than the Legends one and can be lined up in front to hide that maw from the legends head sculpt.

That Captain America Dio piece is really nicely detailed and Hydra symbol is sweet for any scale.

15cm = 6 inches
15mm = 0.59 inch

Is that price (6264) in Japanese Yen? If so that's about $55.

Ninjinister 02-23-2016 02:30 PM

Here's Clix Foom with a confirmed MU Iron Man (Secret Wars version)

https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1469/2...beaca427_b.jpg

I hope this pic is appreciated. I broke my Frost Giant Heroclix' spear getting this off the shelf :(

theArchivist 02-24-2016 06:27 AM

I appreciate it. I love a good scale picture.

Universe 02-24-2016 07:41 AM

Foom looks a little too small for my taste but looks really nice; sorry to hear you broke a figure getting it out :(

theArchivist 02-24-2016 01:23 PM

This figure can be added on now. $20 per figure or 5 for $80.

Harbinger 02-26-2016 11:54 AM

BBTS was a huge reason that these were funded. They have them for pre-order and will sell them through their store.

Adventure People Toys, Action Figures, and Collectibles

They have not added the Strike Force Trooper to their store yet but I would be surprised if they don't soon or at least after production is complete.
