Then I've seen him (and have experienced) him going off on people in the comments section even if they were civil.

I like Anthony's reviews generally but there's definitely times where he's too much.

Sometimes he can come across as really pompous, especially when he tries to qualify his opinions as "objective statements". I also feel he takes this hobby way too seriously for someone that collects plastic figurines.

What's weird is that a lot of people must agree with him or like his personality enough to keep watching haha

He reviews a lot of other lines that he actually likes and was doing some video game streaming, his fan base isn't all Legends fans

@ Starlord67-thanks for sending SC Iron Man. It arrived today. Looking forward to opening it up and finding room on the Avengers shelf.

Nothing new at Walmart today.

Correct. Unlikely given Marvel likewise delayed the Eternals comics for 2021. The only Eternals on sale for the year is the Walt Simonson aesthetic "Dreaming Celestial Saga" TPB. If you want to know more about the figures your eventually getting for your toy collections, do check out this TPB...

***SPOILER ALERT*** The following confusing jumble of past comics MIGHT influence the future Eternals film. And, explain why the Kro figure looks like a Symbiote. A big Celestial called The Proginator arrived on earth, infected, possibly mutating Deviants via insectoids called the Horde. Insectoids somewhat similar to Sony's Symbiotes. On a sidenote: Sony + Disney agreed on more shared movies. So the Disney MCU can use Sony's propriety cosmic insectoid Symbiotes (instead of MCU's cosmic Horde insectoids). On the topic of toys, if MCU uses Symbiotes, then the Proginator can get up to 3 toy repaints economically milked from 1 Legends helmet = 1. Progenitor (plainly painted) 2. Progenitor (with Symbiotes similar to comic image below). 3. Progenitor polished up, adorned in snow, forming the crest of Avengers Mountain...

You know, I was saying the same thing a little while ago because I ordered 2 Hydra goons. For online stuff, I'm all for it. If they did the packaging in retail stores, I could see scalping/swapping becoming more of a problem than it is now. But One thing I was thinking is that so far all of these army builders are somewhat limited in detail. I guess it's easy for a company to mass produce army builders and charge less than doing that to whole waves. Maybe it's just me?
I am happy to say that my Hellfire guards arrived too. But I'm in the process of moving so I don't plan on opening anything until I can really set up a display area.

Good luck with your move, man.

Yeah, these boxes are nifty, but that's with the full disclosure that I'm not a packaging fan...not in the least...so, the less there is to go through to get to the prize the better. I agree that retail shrink/theft makes this a non-starter in stores, but there really isn't that much of a difference between the two.

Any manufacturer spends some (insert whatever) amount on packaging that I'd be quite okay with being reinvested into the fig itself. And, of course, the earth could do with less plastic now that trace amounts are being found in everything from bird and whale stomachs to human feces.

About Anthony's Customs/Reviews and his temperament - I don't know him personally, nor do I watch his reviews, or any reviews for that matter, but when he restored my Hasbro Marvel Legends Cancelled Bi-Beast prototype I found him to be honest, trustworthy, and generally affable. He told me right off the bat that Legends weren't really his bag, nor was he crazy about working on a custom someone else had created, but was willing to work with me at a reasonable price.

That said, we didn't discuss our views of women, so I can't speak to whether he is or isn't a misogynist.

I decided I had had enough of The White Queen jumping off the shelf. I did some mods on her including swapping out her high heels for Black Cats...replacing her hand so she could hold the chalice and painting her a satin white.

Which hand did you use and did you have to paint it white? I thought about using Mystique’s hand.

I’ll buy that wave. Even Wolverine in his alternate brown costume.

I bought a lot of loose hands from eBay some of which were gripping. I bought the heels from a vendor on Facebook. I did paint everything "satin" white. I just wanted her costume to really "POP"

Hopefully Omega Sentinel would come with an alternate Karima head.

Not really a shocker if true. I'd be down for all of that.

Can't wait to get some more information on Moira's extra accessories. I'm gonna assume some extra heads at the least, probably both of the headband & glasses personas shown below. Would die for a lab coat with extra arms, though.

Used those effects with my Pyro, also. Saw a bunch of those BobaFett/Han sets at Five Below and couldn't say no. They fit perfectly and honestly look better than the fire fists he originally came with.

I am a little over a year behind on the X-comics. I plan on catching up soon because it is basically impossible to avoid spoilers. Is there a reason that Moira's outfit is purple on the figure, but the in the art, the outfit is green?

Dr Kain 10-13-2020 09:26 PM

What Boba comes with that fire?

Yes..it does not show through the front of the package but it is there. Needs a slight mod to fit in Pyros flamethrower. I picked mine up at 5 below as well.
