Oh yes..good point. It was in a two pack with Han solo. That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge. I'm not sure what line its from.

Fairly expected remainder of the HOX/POX wave. I was hoping for Storm instead of Jean - well really instead of Wolverine but I knew that wasn't going to happen. But maybe we'll still get her at some point.

I guess a little disappointed we're not getting anyone out of Armor, Destiny, Cypher, or Exodus, but at least we're getting new characters with Moira X and Omega Sentinel - also hoping she comes with an alternate head.

Yay! Marvel Girl! I'm excited if this ends up being the line-up, Jean & Moira are the only HOX/POX figures I have any potential interest in (besides Destiny too, I guess), so this neatly takes care of that. Another Wolverine? We're reaching 90s Toy Biz levels of Logan here.

Works for me. I'm sure they'll do a second wave with some of the new/future characters. I'd bet we get a Betsy Captain Britain at some point soon. And most likely a Kitty er... Katherine with a scarf (probably a reuse of Silk's) and broken nose. Maybe we'll finally get a Kid Omega at some point too since he has a pretty big role in the new X-Force book.

I'd dig that. Might army build. Not sure yet haha.

I'm excited for Jean and Moira too. While I agree that seeing another Wolverine in a line up is getting repetitive, I've just come to expect it from Hasbro. In my opinion, at least the Wolverine costumes are things he's worn for a while in the comic. The last Deadpool wave had 2 versions of Deadpool that I have no interest in. I know the pirate design is from a comic, but that feels like something from the 90's Toy Biz days.

Thanks. I would have never expected those flames came from a 4inch Star Wars figure, let alone from a 2 pack that is apparently so cheap.

BTW, according to popfindr, all of my Targets now have 12 Storm 2 packs instock. Why couldn't Target restock their GI Joes like this???????????

Jesse Falcon debunked the rumored HOX line-up on social media. Which is a little surprising to me, as I had pretty much figured that to be what the wave would look like. Hope Marvel Girl is still coming.

Man, if that's the case, that makes it kind of a wash for me. Karima was the only figure, other than Moira, who would be a lock for me (Jean in the Marvel Girl-style outfit is a maybe). As it is, I'm thinking that the HoXPoX wave is the first X-Wave I'll mostly skip.

Which says a lot about my devotion to the X-Waves, but also says so, so much about that trainwreck of a story.

I’m disappointed because that’s two X-waves in a row I’ll have skipped. AOA was a pass for me because I hate the designs, this is a pass for me because HOX/POX just seemed so antithetical to the characters I love. They stomped all over the X-Men I know and I’ve been reading since the eighties. I’ve always loved Cyclops, and Hickman’s Cyclops is just so... wrong. Same with Kitty, same with Jean, same with everyone. Rant aside, hoping we see more classic X-Men love, as that’s much more my speed. The era-specific waves are a nice break for my wallet though.

Blame that on editorial. Claremont wanted him to retire that way, but editorial wanted the O5 reunited for X-Factor for the 20th anniversary of the X-Men... which is also why they had Jean suddenly alive again, and killed off the rest of the Defenders so Angel, Iceman, and Beast would be freed up.

I am very into this wave if this is true. Prof X, Cyclops, Marvel Girl are all must haves for me. Omega Sentinal and Moria X are alright. I dont own any Wolverines so I would take this one. The only real dud to me would be the Magneto. I may actually be purchasing my first whole wave (if this is true).

@Ultra Seven....and thats why I try not to get too excited about rumors. Though I wonder what part of the rumor is debunked as I too imagined that most of the rumored unconfirmed characters would make uo this wave. With the hints about this wave (all the characters being from the first 10 issues, the BAF goes well with Haslab Sentinal) I have a hard time imagining who else they would choose. Maybe Cardinal or Rasputin? Cypher? I dont believe it could be Husk or M.

Oh I know the story behind it, and Claremont hated it, but that's still the path his character went down, and to me, that is when Cyclops became an A class jackass. Anything he has done afterwards will never be as low as that because it was at that moment in time when his character became unredeemable. Any other disreputable acts he does is just par for the course as he showed his true colors at that very moment.

I'm not surprised that the X wave is false, but I think we're getting all of them anyway at some point. I'm all in on the X-Men characters, but I do wonder if a HoX/PoX wave will continue a modern look tradition for X waves. There are still some classic characters and outfits we haven't gotten yet that I would like to see.

Gotta say iam loving this starboost ironman fig ( again thanks starlod76 ) alot as well as the Deadpool/NTW ( thanks to my cousin ) SET more than i thought i would. And thanks to whomever mentioned the hot water to get deadpools d.eagles out without murdering the trigger guards.

My Hellfire goons just arrived and Hasbro pulled an Amazon when it came to shipping them. A big ass box for such a small ass item, especially the box they shipped with just one of them inside.
