I am documenting everyone that contacted me about the Wave 3 cases I have on pre-order. It's in date/time order, so whoever contacted me first gets first dibs. Just wanted to let y'all know that. In all honesty, there are only 5 people that have contacted me so far, and they mostly want DP lol. Out of those 5 people, here's what's currently going to be on hold for them:

Oh and just so everyone knows, I worked out what each fig cost me. With tax, they break down into $16.99 each. If you'd like to do the math...

Each Case is $124.99
Tax is 8.75% (gotta love Los Angeles County) = 10.936
-Yes, that gets rounded up to $10.94 because they charged me $10.94 lol.
$124.99 + $10.94 = $135.93
$135.93 / 8 figures per case = $16.99125 (or $16.99)

Oh yeah. Shipping is based on however you want it shipped. I know a lot of you are not MOC collectors, so I could open up figs, bubble wrap them and ship them in a large bubble mailer. For the MOC people, I could ship them in boxes (also bubble wrapped of course). I'll ask everyone on the list that once I get the figs in. By the way, I want to make sure I have enough to cover the DPs that people have asked for, so I just added another case at BBTS. That's the last one though. I can't afford to add another case at this point.

darkjokerzin has already pm'd me about a deal for IronMan and Deadpool, so the more deadpools the better, I'd like to have 1 moc and 1 loose, of each :).... mind you I hope these come in soon and don't at the same time, I will be finishing up 2 final deals with Bighankcustoms and Roadrevenge next week when my big check comes in muhahahah. And then car expenses and a few other bills will gobble up the rest. But good news is my role has changed at my work, I'm now a supervisor, so my hours will be increasing along with pay, more $$ equals more toys.

Nice - congrats on the promotion! I figured that $16.99 is decent considering that BBTS is charging $23.99 for individual figs... The exception is Iron man at $10.99.

With 5 cases, I'm getting 10 Iron Mans. Right off the bat, I couldn't sell him at BBTS prices. However, I might be able to justify doing that if I am able to scalp a few figs on eBay. I hate to do it, but I've got to make a little money off of all of these figs. I would never try to make money off of fellow Arkers, so it's cost for Arkers and going rates for eBay. As my BST thread states,

"I'm on eBay to make a profit. I'm on Toyark to help out others like myself."

Thanks man, not a huge raise in salary but does help and with the extra hours guaranteed I'll be a little bit better off. I say not much dealing can be done at all until your cases arrive and you find out what you get, could get stuck with an all deadpool case or an all mystique case... either way you won't have a problem selling them at what you paid for, and like most collectors new plastic crack is hard to ignore so selling on ebay at a good price will end up getting addicts in a bidding war before auction end.

Can someone explain foils to me? I'm referring to the oldschool Toybiz Marvel Legends that came with a comic, you could have a wolverine figure with a normal comic, or the comic could have a gold,red and I think silver foil border to it. In red foil I mainly see juggernaut,deadpool and electra, gold foil is often ironman,cap,toad,hulk,giantman, and not sure if there's others or not, but does anybody know how much it really adds to the value. Like if a series 6 deadpool is 1/case back in the day was a redfoil like 1/5 cases and gold 1/10, just curious how many foils there are, which is the harder to find and is there any known multiplier. I wouldn't mind trying to find a moc red foil deadpool sometime for a decent price, but lately he's around $150-200 range. + shipping.

Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not 100% about this, but I believe the foil 'posters' were supposed to replace the comic books in certain countries or places. In Canada for example, because of the stupid language laws requiring the use of both english and french. Toy Biz didn't translate the comic books and instead went with the posters.

I sold my MOC red foil Deadpool on eBay about a month ago for $100. Sounds like I should have waited a little longer :P

grayfox is right. and i've got pics of almost all of them on my site except for a few from ML10. Most of the foils came from Canada. UK and US got a few. UK also got ones with 4 comic books.

yeah, it should go for waaaay more.
