Did Dorkside jump the gun? There seems to be a ton of confusion for such a highly requested figure. I can’t believe it’s not in Pulse yet.

I wonder if it was a whole Eastern/Central time mixup. Weird that Pulse wouldn't have their own product up right away, especially something this requested.

Unless it's meant to be that way of course. But yeah, probably jumped the gun. I hope my preorder sticks.

I pulled the trigger on Dorkside despite the shipping cost. I don’t have all day for Hasbro’s confusing announcement times.

If Hasbro dropped the ball, I think they should send out an apology with a full New Warriors Box set (not free, just to get them done)

Still not on Amazon. But I ordered a second on Pulse because i know I want two. If she shows up on Amazon I may try to get a third and see when they start shipping, if I can cancel the slowest one.

My thoughts as well. I don’t want to cancel the one through Dorkside because they were rebels on this one.

Free shipping through Pulse might win out, but Hasbro is notoriously slow to ship preorders so I’ll wait it out.

Lol the non-windswept hair Firestar looks like Mehgan Markle...well, sans the pigmentation of the star.

Preordered 2 Firestars at Dorkside with another item that comes out at around the same time so that everything can ship together with free shipping. It's too bad Dorkside doesn't regularly charge $19.99 for most figures anymore.

At some point, I'd like to see Perez' Avengers version of Firestar. That has been my favorite look for the character, but I was confident it wouldn't be the first costume we saw her in.

Too soon? Nah, Hasbro has developed a penchant of late for returning to the well in quick succession on these highly requested characters. See: Mysterio, Doom, Kingpin, etc. I may as well get a bid in for my desired look while the getting is good...

Main reason I try to avoid Dorkside- I feel hella' guilty if a cancel from them. Pulse I cancel a lot just because they run so far behind everyone else.

This Firestar was definitely needed (or at least a very close approximation of) but most actual preferred look for both Justice and Firestar is their Avengers looks. But, as is always the case, getting any version of a new character is always a plus.

I also prefer her "Avengers" look but the kid in me is STOKED to get her FINALLY!!

So happy to have nabbed Firestar off Pulse! I'm looking forward to that! I guess I can finally retire my custom one. Might break it down and use it for parts.

(Remembering the posts from 4-5 years ago about using Hellcat for a base Firestar body).

A lot of figures use their own logo in place of the traditional Marvel one. Recently Moon Knight and SC Iron Man over at Walgreens had their own logos, pretty much every fan channel figure last year did it, and there are instances of normal wave figures doing it including the last time they did a Nova (although that was Sam).


In my experience I've never been sent a heads-up email from Dorkside, just order, payment, and shipping confirmations.

I also would've preferred her Avengers look but this still looks great, especially the non-flying headsculpt.

Is this a Fan channel exclusive? I haven't seen it up for order at Target or Walmart's sites.
