Yeah...apparently "membership" to Pulse means little more than having prepaid $50 worth of shipping charges. Thankfully I was not interested in that Hulk.

I'm not really sure what big box set could WOW me this year either. I mean, I have everyone I truly needed from the X-Men except Banshee, so I would be more mad than happy if they announced a box set of 6 figures with him as an exclusive (would still buy it though).

As for Spider-Man, maybe if they did an Enforcers set that came with a Romita Sr Spidey and Big Man or something, but I don't see that happening either.

Other than that, I guess maybe a Jack Kirby styled Avengers box set? Though, I'm not sure I would buy it since I don't like the Avengers THAT much.

It would probably then just have to be some big villains like an Alien Brood set or something.

I finally got my shipping notice for my HoX figures from Hasbro Pulse. It was my first time using their website and I can't say I would really want to again if it can be helped. Definitely worthwhile to me to pay a couple dollars more and just use Dorkside or Amazon. I am really looking forward to having these guys in hand though. I know most of the reviews everyone has been sharing have been mostly middle of the road but I passionately like some of these designs (such as Marvel Girl) so I bet I can overlook their flaws. I also have some accessories I've been modding to give to Jean (an Invisible Woman shield I've been painting pink and hopefully a TP effect that works that I created from a left over Gambit effect), so hopefully that makes her more interesting.

What a surprise...just got a notice from Hasbro Pulse that the Hellfire Club set just got delayed by another two months. Yet I'm supposed to "save" my money for future preorders from Hasbro? Gimme a break. Ship our stuff when you promise to first.

To this day...I have still not received a single order from Hasbro Pulse within the promised time frame. Their issues with punctuality are absolutely ridiculous, especially considering it's their own products. I NEVER had these issues with the old Hasbro Toy Shop!

Christ....people really need to learn how to take photos. I'm not a professional by any sort of means, but most cell phones these days can snap a reasonably clear pic of a stationary object at a moment's notice. It's not like animal or sports photography for crying out loud. These shots look like they came from a 2007 Motorola RAZR...

Also...BW gets her Tarkarovs, Frank got his Tec 9 and sawn off, but ____ gets the golden Nintendo Zapper? Did they lose the mold for the golden Mauser they gave us over and over for nearly 2 decades?

To avoid spoilers and naming names, the second figure is a possible buy for me. But I'm not for sure on that. Even with Wandavision figures, I'm in for 1 maybe 2 total.

Also to avoid spoilers, super excited for the BAF. I don't think it was what anyone was expecting, but I'm very happy to see it. Will make the displays even grander.

I've never had a problem with Pulse. Yes, I will sometimes find stuff in stores before Pulse has shipped them out, but then I cancel the pre-order. I've never had a problem. Maybe I'm just lucky. I don't know.

I'll probably order the whole Disney Plus wave. The Eternals figures are the only MCU figures I'm going to skip with the exception of the Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie figures.

Just saying Mauser typically evokes the type of pistol used for Han Solo's blaster, the pistol included with so many figures like retro Black Widow, Bullseye, and Paladin was modeled like a Luger.

Hmm, so it's the first Build-a-Wing since Homecoming Vulture if I recall correctly. Not a problem for me as I was planning to buy the whole wave anyway, but it would've been nice to get an actual BaF.
