My Zola's finished as of my above purchase today, but my Terrax still needs his lower torso as I'm STILL looking out for a Photon shield Rogers. Passed up about 5 regulars so far - might just cave in and get him off evilBay.

Also still need to hunt down Hydra, Piledriver, & Big Time Spidey.

think arnim zola is kinda short for a BAF?

i never understood that. Zola is the same height as any other 6' dude in the marvel universe. when are they gonna make the behemoth BAFs like they used to make? Not one thats an inch or two taller than a normal fig.

They'd probably have to spread figs across two waves for that to happen. Like they did with Foom's BAF (which I'll never finish - that End Hulk is stealthy AND pricey)

I hear ya, for the most part all the old baf's were worth buying every figure so that you could have this awesome giant figure towering over the rest or destroying/battling the rest. But wave 1 and 2 baf's suck IMO. I'm not a heavy comic reader so I have no idea who either is. Also I find it hard justifying like 100-150 for a wave only to get another figure of equal stature. From wave 1 I have stealth extremis IM, I have regular extremis IM on the way, along with hope, ff4 spidey, thunderball, and fantomex. The rest I may pick away at, but the baf's are little to no interest to me. Sentinel, Fin Fang Foom, Modok, Mojo, all worth the $$. Red hulk, Ronan, Ares etc all are a meh.

Just found a Hope Summers today. Only figure I really wanted anyway from the first wave.

How is she? I seen reviews from shartimusprime, and solidsnakeinmypants and aside from some semi limited articulation and no ankle rockers she's a solid figure.

On your recommendation I returned to the same Wal-Mart and took a second look at the Ghost Rider as I wasn't pressed for time. I decided to pick him up but still passed on the other Marvel Legends figures.

I also placed my first BBTS order yesterday. I ordered the Marvel Legends Bucky Cap as it was up for sale at a good price.

Not bad but she feels sort of top heavy. I have a hard time posing her.

I really dig the Arnim Zola BAF, its a cool and strange character. Is there a variant piece or something too? I thought I saw someone post a picture with a torso that kind of looked like Red Skull.

Yes there's 2 variant pieces, the head piece can have either yellow or red light, and the chest piece either has Red Skull or Arnim Zola. I believe it's the madam mask/ hydra figures for 1 piece, and daken for the other?

The head/eye comes with Thunderball/Piledriver

Was able to win IM movie series walmart and target exclusives war machine , silver centurion, and red gold Iron monger. Got a lead on some fin fang foom baf pieces and maybe even the legendary dragon man figure! Got some new sneakers,hoodie and tshirts and billabong belt today, yay early bday present from folks.
