Boss Fight is a company that makes 4 inch action figures. There are several articles about them on toyark. Their elven ranger figure has an alternative head that looks like Leviathan - a character at the center of a big Superman centric crossover. Leviathan is a spy organization that has been in DC comics for about 8-10 years. There is now a singular character called Leviathan who may or may not be connected to them. Wasn’t sure which part your “who” was referring.

I just spoke with my Gamestop manager. He said: If Thinkgeek gets plenty of stock, they will share with Gamestop and you will be able to get the figures at both stores, BUT, if the supply is limited, only Thinkgeek will have it. They are not in the computer yet so he cannot tell for sure yet.

They are mostly an online retailer. I'm not sure if they can get enough to share especially since Hiya themselves are pretty limited in what they make.

They opened brick and mortar locations as part of the purchase deal with Gamestop.

I think they're just being cautious. People who ordered through Locker Toys,an Asian online retailer, have already started to receive theirs. Bata and Supes took about a month after that to filter out U.S. sellers.

Figures Swampy gets delayed when the show is about to drop.

May want to consider that he is a completely unique figure, unless they do an exclusive version of him for someone......

I am a big Trek fan, but, what does this have to do with DC figures?

It highlights what also went on with Stan Lee. Of which collectors were supposed to get of BaF of him. The elderly abuse situation may have effected that. Since big Stan fan Todd McFarlane can do the toys, he might or might not be able now, to make Stan Lee "Just Imagine" DC action figures. People beyond the elderly (including toy collectors) will in some way, also get effected, by this crazy epidemic of elderly abuse.

Does Hiya ship internationally? It's going to be hard to get those figs over here but I really need a Swamp Thing, Wonder Woman, Flash.

i'm really mad cause i can't find the Sprukits New 52 Superman or Flash anywhere for a decent price - international shipping really screws me over again. I know the Flash ne sucks cause you need to move his legs, but it's a stop gap until the Hiya one comes out, and I really love the look of the New 52 supes who only really needs to be able to move his arms.

Upside, looks like I can get a Hiya Swamp Thing. Does anyone have a good review of the dude? Hard to get a good impression from photos.

For both would be 8.06 total shipping. You can estimate shipping during the check out process prior to actual ordering. Flash should arrive first during the 2nd quarter of 2019 and WW during the 4th. The estimates of release dates are generous. Expect delays.
