I really don't understand why the MU thread moves so much faster than this one. Someone please explain this to me. I'm sure there's a valid reason, but I can't seem to grasp it. Maybe it's because I'm still only half awake - I dunno.

MU appreciation thread was done, months and months in advance of the 6'' ML appreciate thread, some collector/arkers have abandoned the MU collection for ML so the popularity has risen, but more collect MU, especially with new waves and customs being made more focus will remain there. Myself I have pretty much gotten out of the MU figures with a few exceptions.

Does anyone else find it odd that they released X-Force DP first (since he's the main one everyone wants), yet didn't release any of the other running changes alongside him? I mean, I would have expected they swap out Mystique for Moonstar at the least in the first release. Rhyme not intended - sorry about that lol. Blade, White Doom & Moonstar are all going to be released later, but XF DP comes out first. It's almost like what they did with BT Spidey. BT was the variant and FF was the regular, right? I could be wrong, but I remember reading that somewhere. I wonder if XF DP will retain his value once the regular one comes out, or will the dollar value reverse like FF & BT Spidey...

And this also means that, since the future releases will have FF Doom, Moonstar and Blade, the current release figs of Punisher, Mystique and Regular Doom will not be seen much later on. The same goes for XF DP. Why would they want to do this? They're going to create a high demand for the figs that I don't think are quite worthy of being in high demand... with the exception of XF DP.

FF Spidey and Unmasked Daken were variants, which happened to be released first. Thunderball/Piledriver and the Madames were running changes. There were about 4 different case packs for wave 2.

X-Force DP and Regular Doom are the regulars and Punisher and Mystique are the first ones being released. Moonstar and Blade will be released in the same case but the variant Red DP and FF Doom can be released with either of the case mixes.

Thanks for the tip. I really want red DP. No reason for xforce since I wont get that pack. I'll get single AA in both forms but no point in a team. I'm a bit picky with my MLs

Are you sure BT spidey is the variant? I've seen him several times in the wild, I didn't even know FF existed until yesterday.
