e2a: I forgot to chastise them further for the shoulder holes, which we know they’ll fix on an upcoming release with wider appeal like TBM suggested. Boo lazy assholes! Hasbro is starting to adapt this video game industry release mindset where, as a consumer, I’m not confident in the day 1 interest I have in their product knowing they always start by getting you excited with the most underperforming version of a character imaginable with their newly minted parts.

I am not a Spider-man collector, so any Venom figure is not really for me, but this new one is neat if you like the cartoon shaded look on figures. Normally I don't, but this one feels fun and unique with its two tones. In the right set up, I bet it will make for a cool photo op. Still a pass for me, but this is the type of thing I like to see as a con exclusive. Something fun and different, but not a necessity to the average collection.

With all the rumors today about the Disney+ wave two, I am sadly realizing that there is only 1 slot for a Loki figure (Sylvie) not 2! I don't know why I thought there would be two. I am disappointed that we are getting so many What If figures, but only 2 from Wandavision and 2 from Loki (plus 1 exclusive). At this rate I feel like we already need a special Disney+ line to fill in the missing characters like this years Infinity Saga line. There are still two more series coming out this year but I could definitely come up with 10 more figures
or sets from the 2 & 2/3s shows we have already seen.

Totally getting the MODOK set for The Captain. I want Nextwave!
I also saw on Instagram that Dan from the Legends team was addressing the peg holes on venom. They will be filled in on the final figure.

Hopefully we get a new Monica Rambeau soon then (in addition to the movie version they'll obviously be making soon).

Disappointing Nextwave set. Definitely need the Captain, but the singular MODOK reuse is not cutting it for me. If they were going for reuse they should have added the Dread Rorkannu, a Brocolli man soldier, and possibly even a murder koala accesory to the set.

Odd choice… makes me wonder if we might see M.O.D.A.M. in the future. So is Elvis M.O.D.O.K. a major part of the series or what…? This seems like a raw deal for people who wanted more NextWave characters. You get a major member of the team, but with a fifty dollar oddity attached to him.

Pretty much this. I wouldn't mind too much if they threw in some story accessories or even an extra head for Machine Man. Got to admit I had my Hope's a little too high on this set.
