On a lighter note. I've been thinking about getting a "The Hood" figure and replacing the screaming Bruce Campbell head with a more "monstrous" face like this one.

Anyone tried this with the Venompool head, the Caliban head, or any other "monstrous" head?

I thought I wanted to complete X-Force but now not really. The three pack looks very well executed but seeing it I feel like I couldn't care less. Meanwhile here I am really wanting and willing to go into another set of the Fantastic Four which I already have preordered including the Pulse exclusives of Johnny and Sue. Also thinking of animated Morbius's hands really grosses me out.

I understand and feel the same, in a way. Domino I could care less about. Cannonball I do want as I have the old one and the legless one, this is like the best of both worlds so he's he big draw for me. Rictor...well I kinda wanted a figure of him, but he's way down the list for me. If it were Siryn I'd have definitely jumped on this (I could care less about Feral though). I'll probably get it eventually but I'm not super excited.

True. I have a PO in myself, and I'm certainly not paying Hasbro for the privilege of buying from them.

Yeah, it was a 1-hour window for premium members before the exclusives opened up for everybody. They should’ve opened up the premium preorders at noon, though, since they told everyone they’d be up for preorder at 1 with no indication that it was only for certain customers.

Did anyone else see where Target has the FF wave release in Nov?
They probably have a early predicted date. I ordered through them to see what happened.

It was initially, which is why I created an account at the Disney store site and bought it from there. I have no idea how reliable they are, how they pack anything, but surely since it's Disney it will be just fine.

Yeah, I still swear I never once heard them say anything about it being for premium members at all for the first hour or whatever.

I may be alone in this but the Monday reveal was totally underwhelming. 3rd go around of FF figures & 2 villains, 1 of which isn't really an FF villain per se in HE & the other is only good for t=just standing around poking his finger on a computer tablet that makes people feel certain emotions. Woulda preferred classic Wizard & either version of Trapster, though my main preference is the 2nd one, over the 2 villains they went with in this wave.

I couldn't have been happier, personally. I'm not a huge FF guy, but those are pretty much exactly what I'd have wanted from the Four themselves. I'll likely skip the villians though, I really only plan to go back and grab Doom (unless a proper Mole Man comes out down the road).

In the X-camp, I've been waiting to hear more about what I thought was to be the Domino/Cannonball 2 pack for ages, and Rictor was an awesome surprise. 90's X-Force is nearly done.

Hell, Legends for me is nearly done, despite only having been collecting the Hasbro iteration for 6 mos or so. I can only really think of maybe 20 or so more characters I'm after.

Did you guys read the big news on The Fwoosh site? The second Spider-Man wave this year will have four 'No Way Home' movie figures (Doctor Strange, J. Jonah Jameson and the two Spider-Man suits) instead of five, a PS5 GamerVerse Miles Morales Spider-Man figure, and two comic book based figures: Morlun and Shriek! I'm thrilled that we may get a new Shriek figure, and if the rumored second Retro Spider-Man wave really will have a new Carnage included, that'd make the timing all the better.

Three new waves were also teased for 2022 on the Fwoosh's Marvel Legends checklist page: "Romancing the Storm" (which might be the 'Thor: Love and Thunder' wave), "Mister Physician" (which might be the 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' wave) and "thwip thwip" (which might be the rumored second Retro Spider-Man wave). At this point, though, I hope Marvel makes more comic book based and anniversary waves for a while due to Covid putting a wrench in everything, especially since 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage' is rumored to be bumped for a January 2022 release now and 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' rumored to be bumped to March.

What do you guys think of the news?

I'm definitely excited for Shriek. Not that I like the character that much but I think her design is awesome and she is a vital companion to Carnage and the Life Foundation symbiotes. Not too into the rest of the wave though. I hope the BAF isn't anything too special. Maybe it is better that the movies be pushed back though. I don't want that hero fatigue. The Disney+ shows, Black Widow, Shang Chi, Eternals, and No Way Home? That's just too much for me I think. I know things are behind schedule but I don't want that whole giant deluge of stuff all at once. Only downside to me is what gets pushed back in the process? How long till we see the Fantastic Four, X-men,standalone Howard the Duck (kidding though I do want that), etc. What if all the clutter makes them abandon certain projects. Still ticks me off thinking of how they did the Inhumans dirty.

Excited for Morlun. Hoping the BAF is Stegron because stegron!!!also hoping it’s not Stegron since I’ll only want Morlun. ����

If true, Morlun is the only figure I will be buying.

1. Venom just got delayed to the same weekend as Halloween Kills, so congrats to Sony for saving me from going to see it in theaters.

2. I'm getting really sick of these movies being delayed all because of fucking anti-vaxxers. Covid is here to stay and delaying stuff is not going to make the problem go away. Nor is it going to make those worthless wretches suddenly decide they want the vaccine. It's time businesses grow some balls and only allow those who are vaccinated into their buildings.

That about sums it up for me. I've wanted to do a "Maximum Carnage" set up for awhile- now they need to get to work on a Carrion.

Thrilled that it's still on for shipping this year. was really thinking with all of the waves like F4 and D+2 we might be looking at overall delays in shipping, but so glad that would not appear to be the case here. My body is ready.
