I'm sure they'll do a Gamora since they have those GOTG figures from the movie line coming.

I'm sure people who passed on him are kicking themselves I know when I wasn't collecting I saw them at target peg warming years so yes I kick myself

I never knew it until I held him... but Vision's cape has glitter in it and sparkles like a diamond in the sun. He is so shiny too. Almost need sunglasses looking at that candy apple green paint in the sun. You don't get just how shiny he is seeing indoor shots taken under lights. He sparkles like a hot rod at a car show he is so shiny. Can actually see your reflection in that green paint!! Also his cape is super soft plastic... unlike the other caped MU guys, at least the ones I have so far.

Don't pass on Vision anymore guys.... he is going to go up in value each passing year. You will see him YEARS later for 1000 and tell your grand kids you could have picked him up for 80... He is simply beautiful. I waited for two years and when I got, it did not disappoint. Just the opinion of a guy in England, but I thought I would share it with you.

ukmu 02-17-2014 04:27 PM

I hope thy make some movie figures of GOTG in our scale, non were shown. I am sure they will.

I know everyone hates on the articulation of movie figures... but man do they stand nice!! They aren't falling over so much with those big feet.

But yes, I agree... I think a Gamora will see the light of day.

MU ran for what, 5 years.... the new MI 3.75 line will get there n the nd I believe. At least the first waves have been VERY promising.

Aye. He fully liven's up your collection. Vision is one of my favorite characters to begin with, but my little Marvel army felt 'complete' when I finally had him.

I put it off for over a year, cringing at those prices. I ended up paying just shy of 200$ for him (after duty fees and shipping), but I haven't regretted it for a moment. The minute I had Wanda, I couldn't not have Vision anymore, hahaha.

I suppose, he might not be a 'must have' for everyone though. Why, I'll never understand. It's Vision! He's a cornerstone of the Avengers.

Here here....

samsson37 02-18-2014 01:56 PM

There's nothing worse than not being able to complete a team !!!! One of the reasons if you don't have the Vision it ticks you off. Or antman....Smh

spade 02-18-2014 03:28 PM

Imagine how Patriot feels. All lone with no teammates.

Just pose him will all the extra Caps or with Red Guardian, Captain Britain, etc. Only place for him right now.

ukmu 02-18-2014 04:12 PM

Where is our Ant-Man? I want a factory made figure of him.
Also are the Avengers Assemble figures dead now? We got a decent Black Widow and a blue modern Nick Fury and the cool but disappointing Leader... any word on that line's future????

i assumed this was just a filler line to keep marvel on the pegs until infinite comes out.

That sucks because they were better molds than MU and the new line has the same mold as marvel universe it seems but I could be wrong

ukmu 02-18-2014 04:30 PM

As far as I can tell MI is the same as MU in all but name.
If the AA line is done and dusted, in 20 years time we will look back on it as a possible very rare and valuable set maybe. 12 or so figures and done....

Maybe wave 3 and 4 are on an executive's shelf at Hasbo corporate office with my Ant-Man,Executioner and NorthStar.

^This^ x 100. Valkyrie is one of my must have female characters, along with Wasp (now coming), Titania (repaint She Hulk again!), Tigra and Black Cat. I was thrilled she was coming out... then Hasbro fucked us again. Come on guys! It sucks to announce something then cancel it! Didn't they also promise a Sasquatch?!

^ yeah secret avengers team has gotten a lot of characters but I still want Valkyrie, ant man, and shang chi. I did a lot of browsing this weekend, I wasn't even remotely tempted to buy anything (which is good cuz February is my no spend month). So glad to see there is some good stuff after toy fare! I do have a phasing vision, maybe he can check up on wanda and ionic wonderman. I just can't bring myself to pay $150 or whatever he sells for. I'm sure they will release another vision someday.

A crappy movie one maybe. (Vision) two posts up

I know a guy who has one for $75, if that helps....

Also I see a lot of Visions loose starting at .99 cents, but they always go to the $75-$100 Mark. With a .99 cent start you can't call that person a scalper. Just simple supply and demand.

I don't have a huge collection and I am far from a completist, but when I finally got Vision in my hands a few days ago.... he didn't disappoint. Get yourself a VISION jar and put a first ever in it every month.... Next summer you will have one and your wallet never notice!
