FINALLY GOT AN ASTONISHING WOLVERINE FROM A FELLOW ARKER!!!WOOOHOOO

Now I can start building my Wolverine and the X-men team. I already have Headmaster Wolverine, Head Mistress Kitty Pryde, Now all I need is Iceman, and the new beast coming up and I'll the main faculty of the new Jean Grey School for Higher Learning. Btw if none of you know what I'm talking about go read Wolverine and the X-men #1 it's excellent. Wolvie is headmaster, Kitty is headmistress, Iceman is like the school bookkeeper, beast is the assistant principal. Anyway I'm done rambling but check this book out now fellas it's great.

All you have to do is undercoat the area you want to be metal black, and drybrush silver over it. I use Gamesworkshop Citadel Paints.

Unless you want to drybrush it another color such as red if he were lifting a 1:18 scale car or motorcycle it'd look awesome if he had color matching flesh. Or you could make him more distressed looking by adding copper and hints of green to add rust.

I've found over the last 6 months or so that I'm more interested in MU than Transformers, they just seem to have got everything right, plus I'm really enjoyed EMH and the various movies that have come out. Anyways, here's a few pictures of collection (from my collection thread).

The Avengers:

I've felt that way since the DoTM line hit stores last spring... or right after I got the last wave of Generations & RTS last year. The DoTM section in toy stores is almost like a giant gray blurr to me when I'm in there. MU has been giving us some great figures this year too.

Definitely, although I still obliged to check the Transformers section just on the off chance that some new Classics have been released without me knowing!

The only Transformers I'm looking forward to are the club's Runabout and Runamuck.

Wow, you hit the nail on the head with this one, Vader.

I'd go so far as to say I've felt this way about Transformers as it pertains to all of their movie inspired offerings.

The only movie figure I've been excited for is Devastator.

I would have to agree with my only want being the dotm soundwave.

Yeah, but I bet you only wanted him because he was Soundwave.

If his name was Decepti-bot or something you wouldn't give two shits.

and I'm sorry for all these pics that I'm sure most of you would consider off topic and I should have made a thread detailing how awesome Wolverine and The X-Men are but I just couldn't resist myself. Plus I know this is like the most visited thread on the forums so I posted them here where I could get all my fellow arkers on the Wolverine and The X-Men bandwagon.
