I just saw 5 figures from the BAF Armadillo wave at my local Wally world. What gives, I thought these were slotted for like April of 22'? I'm not getting the wave so I left them there. And I'm seeing a crap load of retro Herc reviews on YT from people saying they got it from BBTS but it says Dec release? Why such a big discrepancy on the release dates?

Yeah, when I got the notice last night, I had a mind just to cancel on principal. The only silver lining I can see with having to preorder everything is being able to plan out a budget; take that away, and it's all kinda bullshit. Unfortunately, the stupid "preorder new normal" has instilled a FOMO in me that I never thought I'd succumb to... which is exactly what the corporate overlords want, I know. If I hadn't already given Omega Red away, I would have. Oh well, at least I had already slowed my ARAH buying this month.

While I've gotten some amusement out of pushing your buttons, I'm beginning to feel bad for you as it becomes even more obvious that something isn't right in Denmark.

So, most things are actually showing up more or less exactly when they were originally planned to release, according to the solicitations made to distributors in late 2020. The dates published on Pulse are, I would guess, worst case scenarios that thankfully have mostly not come to pass. I imagine Hasbro got tired of hearing “why is everything showing up so late” when they were experiencing delays last year, so this year they wised up and published safe dates that are months later than the originally planned release dates.

Small upgrade to my Worthy Captain America. I painted the scale armor pieces on his shoulders and chest with some Vallejo gun-metal blue as well as adding some silver to the buckles on his shoulder harness.

I've also found that the Marvel Select Civil War Captain America shield looks pretty good with Worthy Cap. He also has an easier time holding the strap.

Let's hope so, I'm hoping we get some alerts on the AOA wave...I realize they're showing up sporadically but that's the major thing I'm waiting for at this point.

Side note to all, I'm surprised there's not been movement on the Eternals preorders yet. or at least my one figure. That was the wave I felt sure would have no issues being that it was likely stateside months ago. Not all that worried about it though, just curious.

And now that I've dropped in, I also can't wait to be told to fuck off for some imagined slight, so my shield of expectations of nonchalance is ready for it.

I can’t wait for more What If? figures. This series is a Marvel merchandising dream.

My Target is selling the Eternal singles for $27.47 on the peg... so crazy. Can't believe Gamestop is now the cheapest place to get Legends where I live... they used to be the most expensive.

That's insane! Not only is that overpriced, but they were supposed to be out BEFORE price increases. It sounds like stores are just trying to needlessly mark up things to gouge the customer. I'm going to laugh when they're on clearance by the end of the month for $10.

My Eternalsare arriving today plus some dregs from the Iron Manwave, and just been told the three AOA X-men I ordered are coming next week (Legion, Rogue and Kitty-whom will become Lady Mastermind), plus Tigra and…Binary!
If my Disney ultimates and FF mezclo arrives soon, I will be broke for sure.
