I'm not terribly up to date on my comic reading.

I still have to read the last issue of Uncanny.

Well I myself had been done with the X-men for a few years now. I've hated what they had become. I was also tired of Scott being a sanctimonious douche. They only X book I read was Uncanny X-Force and Wolverine. Now Wolverine and The X-Men actually has me interested in the X-men again.

Lord Marvel, I'm very jealous of your Absorbing Men, I'd be happy with just one.

Hey someone told me there is a Dark Avengers Spider-man that hasbro made using a larger body then spider-man normally uses. Does anyone know if this is true?

Yes looking forward to Wolvy and the X-Men. I hope X-23 is in his roster, but so far she's not and Cyclops seems to have the most of the X-Men

Now I can start building my Wolverine and the X-men team. I already have Headmaster Wolverine, Head Mistress Kitty Pryde, Now all I need is Iceman, and the new beast coming up and I'll the main faculty of the new Jean Grey School for Higher Learning. Btw if none of you know what I'm talking about go read Wolverine and the X-men #1 it's excellent. Wolvie is headmaster, Kitty is headmistress, Iceman is like the school bookkeeper, beast is the assistant principal. Anyway I'm done rambling but check this book out now fellas it's great.

Haha nice! I just wish it wasn't Chris B as the artist. In my opinion he kind of sucks...Would be awesome if it was Jim Lee!

Definitely, although I still obliged to check the Transformers section just on the off chance that some new Classics have been released without me knowing!

The only Transformers I'm looking forward to are the club's Runabout and Runamuck.

Mine are the Mercedes Soundwave and Wheeljack.

I had a bunch, but offloaded a lot lately. Only have anything X-23 and X-Force related...just seems a lot for something so small when you can spend another dollar on a MU Figure.

RexLewis85 10-29-2011 09:56 AM

I personally don't care for Minimates. Just not my cup of tea. I'd rather have a figure that actually looks like it's comic(or movie) counterpart, rather than some deformed squat bodied thing.

Yep came in a 2 pack with Daken (son of Wolverine). The dark spidey is Gargan.

Idk if she'll be on his actual X-men team or anything but in regenesis #1 she chose to side with Wolverine instead of side with Cyke. So that means she went back to Westchester with Wolvie so we'll probably see her pop up from time even though she's gonna be pretty busy with her own title and appearing in Avengers Academy.

What are you serious? That's kind of horrible...probably to pick up sales for Avengers Academy...that is so sad..:(

bmorr 10-29-2011 12:24 PM

avengers academy rules. you should be reading that also. funny ironic thing is that both teams traded US coasts: the avengers are back to the WCA mansion.

Regenesis made it seem like she'd be on wolverine's side, but hellion may screw that up in the ongoing coming up. Then Jubilee might sway her to the dark side of cyclops, but I don't see that lasting either with how low Laura's opinion of scott is now. (Allegedly he's the one who sends her to Avengers Academy though.)

Chances are she'll be one of the ones who keeps flipping between sides, or saying screw it and going off to a different team like the FF or Avengers Academy. Though I'm not sure how they'll make the Avengers Academy one make sense even with the school opened up to all now. I don't expect that to last either though. She's better off as a solo title instead of being shoe-horned into books with new writers who don't get the character, or ignore her history. It's getting annoying reading her stories by writers who haven't bothered to read at least her two origin minis and academy X. X-Force had some good story potential too, but it got lost in the characterization at times.

Again, a perfect reason why they need to release a maskless version of her already. Christen it Indecision 2011 or something.

I suppose so. I've been lookin at it for the better part of a year. Guess i'll get it when I see it again. I want the sentry one too but only sentry. I dont need another spider man. I cleared up that business in another thread :)

I've never read an X-Men comic regularly, except X-Statics, which I think doesn't count.
