They owe their customers good QC on the figs they buy at the very least and let's face it, at that they're seriously lacking. Then of course there's the problem that many folks have been having with DR, aren't paying customers deserving of good (or at least tolerable) customer service?

Prices have been going up on everything, there's no disputing that fact, but when there's so many problems with something then people need to actually do something about it and not just bitch about it on the internet. That's precisely what's happening now, people are showing their displeasure in the QC issues and DR problems with their wallets and I say good for them for doing so.

So I sold my entire collection of MOTUC (about 40+ figures to a friend of mine last year)

All I kept were Heman/Battle Cat, Skeletor/Panthor and Chief Carnivus

I kept Chief cause he fits in well with my Thundercats

The other four-JUST because I liked them

I already opened Chiefy and added him to the display-no issues there

I opened Battle Cat and Panthor-OMG-WTF

Between the legs not supporting the cats even without the figures on them and Battle Cat's head not staying up with his battle gear attached...it's pretty damn disappointing that toys with no much detail and articulation are unable to even hold poses.

And they wonder why subs are down!
