My only purpose in posting in this thread was to reassure the people who were worried that the 7" stuff might also be canceled. I hadn't realized the forum posts couldn't be viewed without registration, so I'll just leave a couple of quotes here pertinent to that original purpose:

Very glad the American Werewolf figures weren't canned. Been waiting my whole life for a figure of that Wolf. Everything else is icing.

I feel like any hoops I'd have to jump through, to get that 7" MacReady, have killed my desire to purchase it. Especially with the "no leg articulation" angle. This story has become too busy. I survived how many years without a great figure of the character? Yeah, I think I'll be okay.

Hoops like ... ordering it on a website? I guess it's up to you, but I think you're overstating the case by quite a bit here.
