Leader is the real Immortan Joe predator; he is their leader, he's got the white dreads, the big apparatus on his shoulders, and he does have a staff/scepter. Looking at it I get what you mean about Spiked Tail looking like Joe too because he does have a mask and those crazy eyes.

Stopped by the local TRU store yesterday and man was I disappointed. They did have a new NECA section though separate from everything else but they had absolutely zero Predator anything. They had many of the Aliens from this new line, the weird pink and one glowing eggs, etc. But I just wasn't happy. I was hoping for a predator or even a Dutch but nope

Sometimes, it's just easier to reuse dios. This, I believe, is the same dio they used for their Robocop vs Terminator figures.
