I am a HUGE fan of the Star Wars 5 poa 3.75" line!!!!
I am a nuttier about articulation in other lines, but the ONLY figures we have of Star Wars is the TFA 5poa line. Since they don't stand out because they are only with each other, they look ace on our TFA shelves. Really looking forward to the Poe 2 pack. Now Ill have another Snowtrooper commander to go with the one from the Snap Wexley 2 pack... one to stand on either side of General Hux in our display. Let the haters hate, but I am loving the news of these!!!!! |
all of the 5poa figs in the diorama look like they'd walk like 3p0. Looks less like a diorama made for a company display and more like a grade school project.

Seeing that the guards have the armor underneath gives me hope that perhaps, one day, I could get a six inch Kir Kanos.

Well, there wasn't much reveals about the ROGUE ONE toyline, pretty strange since the movie is out in less than 5 month now.
Someone knows if there something planned what I'm not aware of?? |
Probs saving up all those awesome 5 POA Rogue One figures and dopey vehicles with spring-loaded missile launchers and clunky Disney Store die cast junk for Force Friday.

Seems to be happening, yeah. When it stops making buttloads of money they'll stop doing it I guess.

do you think they will make a 6" landspeeder at any point? id lose my mind if they actually went for ward with that
|
also, are they even continuing with the deluxe 6" stuff?

Re: a 6" scale landspeeder. Maybe but it does feel unlikely, it would be a lot smaller than the TIE fighter sure but it would still be a good size larger than any of the deluxe packs. In my area and from what I've seen online the big TIE fighter didn't sell so great so maybe it's put Hasbro off from doing larger vehicles in this scale. Though if they did do a Landspeeder a similar sized Dewback could be a good counterpart for a Tatooine themed wave of ultra deluxe packs. |

Again, I'm all for it!! |
If they were put off of vehicle sets at retail, the land speeder would make an interesting Con exclusive. I mean, the exclusivity would kind of suck, but at least it would exist.

I grew up on die cast figures...Shogun Warriors, Voltron, etc. and they hit that same spot for me. I get why people don't like them but none of those factors have been deal breakers for me (screw holes, limited articulation). I'm more put off by a shitty sculpts (threepio) and the human characters are pretty clunky but, in those cases I just don't buy them. |
All these 3.75 figures look nice but they just remind me how nice Hasbro used to make them. :( I mean the new 6 inch ones are great, but I have literally over a hundred Star Wars figures (and many vehicles like the last good Millennium Falcon) I've collected since I was 7. How can I add figures that look like more "Power of the Force" re-molds to that collection?

Man, I sure wish they would make the Luke saber accurate finally. As someone who's deep into the Custom Lightsaber community, they butcher Luke's ROTJ saber.
