I saw a ton of these at my Target a couple of weeks ago and I passed because I already had the Scarif trooper exclusive and this guy is way too similar for me to warrant the purchase, that and these guys are barely on screen. I do love though that the pegs for these mark them as "elephant."

Yeah, I haven't been hitting the isles, didn't realize he was out. Saw him on Rogue One launch day when looking for the Vader set. I just really dig those Scarif and Hovertank troopers. Death Trooper, which was supposed to be "The One" that fanboys go nuts for in movie I think, not so much.

Besides the part where they made the toy too lanky the Deathtrooper is alright design-wise but way overhyped performance-wise, the promotional material and the movie itself introduce them as these mysterious elites but by the end of the movie they go down just as easily as any other trooper. The Scarif troopers on the other hand I also appreciate more as they have this worn look and they still blend nicely with the rest of the Imperial aesthetic, I'm still not sure what's so special about their armor compared to plain stormtroopers since both are seen on Scarif but whatever I'll roll with it.
