Wow, nice little tease! All of the Legends look nice. Widow, Domino, and Deadpool are bought on sight!!

Cyclopswc 07-20-2017 10:14 AM

And the A-Force set is first to sold-out at Toysrus.com

crimsondynamo32 07-20-2017 10:14 AM

So is Thrawn purely SDCC-exclusive, or will he see mass release soon? I keep getting varied answers.
Also, ML Human Torch and Invisible Woman? Even though they don't look that good, here's fingers crossed for a new ML Doom...

EDIT: Apparently not! Well that's cool.

So they're for the 6 inch line? Dang :P That's nice and all was hoping to get Dominio in the 3.75 but it's about time they did an update for her.

Got my hopes up for a moment too. Those figs look great, but I don't have room for a 6" collection.

Snowflakian 07-20-2017 10:43 AM

Loving the 4'' Thor figures! Make me glad I skipped the original comic pack Enchantress.

Liking the Toy Biz original marvel line throwback designs for what looks like 4'' figures.

That Domino looks 6'' with the deadpool next to it having double jointed elbows, as well as Cable, but I'm really hoping we get a Cable, Deadpool, and Domino 4'' threepack.

Not a bad showing overall. Looking forward to what other reveals will happen in the course of SDCC.

That GOTG Thanos isn't bad either for a placeholder until a better movie 4'' one is made or updated 4'' comic one is made. Though really, even a legends version of the movie one would probably fit in a 1:18th collection pretty well.

That legends Deadpool Symbiote/venom looks fun too! Hope they do one for X-23's edge of venomverse character too.

So my understanding is that the SDCC Thrawn comes with all the extras, the regular Thrawn that will come out later won't have all those accessories.

The scale doesn't bother me too much. What really bothers me is a lack of regular 4 inch Hulk from AOU and Civil War Iron Man, War Machine, and Vision. We NEED those!!!!!

ukmu 07-20-2017 11:21 AM

Please don't get your hopes up for 3.75" Marvel stuff guys. We don't get an exclusive this year, no diorama and we WILL receive the most minimal reveals of their big franchise stuff. Slim pickings....

JAG2045 07-20-2017 11:23 AM

Love the pizza spidey & cap super heroes figs, are they real or just made for the convention display?

Well that's lame because the accessories are the only reason I want him.

Yeah hopefully they'll bring them in the 3.75 which sometimes they will do. Considering they already did a Cable in the 6 inch surprised that they're doing another version of him so soon.

i noticed that also, wanna get that pizza spidey 2.0 even thou it looks the same except for the packging

Bearjew 07-20-2017 11:52 AM

Take that you bunch of pizza Spidey Scalpers. I hope you paid a fortune for the one you are selling on Ebay and get stuck with it.

Anyway now that I said that. I am not sure that I get the Deadpool. So it is a 6" they put new paint on it and give it way less accessories and accessories that aren't nearly as good as the last Deadpool and it will still be $20? Am I missing something?
The only possible way that this Deadpool better would be to improve on the durability of the figure because the joints on the last release were pretty gummy on mine. I mean could they not have painted it Gray, blue, something different?

On a side note that Cable looks great and I cannot wait to get that to add to my much cooler previously released Deadpool.

I wish we could get more WW2 Captain America and a WW2 motorcycle too since they are making vehicles now.

There's always the panel. Hopefully big news in store there.

The last Deadpool came loaded with accessories because it was the only figure in the wave that did not include a BAF piece. This new one probably does, hence the fewer accessories. Also, Juggernaut-wave Deapool = Modern, SDCC 2017 Deadpool = Classic.

It's not the same. The paint job is different and the spider emblem on his chest is different.

That's what they've done with literally every black series SDCC exclusive so far.

Deadpool not having a BAF piece seems to have nothing to do with his accessory count since they've done other figures that don't have BAF parts but have very little. Old Man Logan came with absolutely nothing, GotG vol2 Star-Lord just had his guns and an alt head, and Death's Head II just has an alt left hand (granted they couldn't really fit much else in with him since he's big). Deadpool not having a BAF piece certainly helped fit in more accessories but it wasn't the reason for it.

Black Widow's belt being painted on is absurdly cheap!

I never meant for my statement to be interpreted as an absolute. I was only referencing the indicated situation with Deadpool. Regards to his accessories and not having a BAF piece, differing opinions, I guess.

While I'm loving this figure, it's definitely the most obvious flaw.

Shadowknight1 07-20-2017 07:30 PM

I'm liking that Jaina Solo, even if she's not canon anymore. I don't know what it is, but the figures of non-movie characters always look better than the ones that are from movies. Which is sad, I'd really like that Last Jedi Rey.

Now...if only they would've announced a 6" Mara Jade.

I doubt it's an actual belt. I don't have an issue with the wrist bands though.

I really hope the last fan-poll didn't hurt her chances. She made it to the finals, but her final score was surprisingly low behind the others.
