is there confirmation that the Endo can stand by itself without the stick up it's butt?

would be disappointing.

You'd hope they'd put diecast on the lower body and not upper for balance issues but who knows. I'm gonna pass on this one since it's so expensive and the NECA will probably do me alright. I'll really decide after getting the T-800 in hand.

I just don't see $120+ here. Pass. Might as well get a squad of 6 NECA Endos if I'm spending that much money.

I just received notice from Great Twins that my Supreme T-800 is shipping on Sat 1/26. I am so stoked about this figure! Can't wait to get him!

I don't feel like anyone's ever gotten his likenss right; I think the NECA is too thin/tall.

Funny enough the bonus statue is a KOed NECA T-1000. I tweeted them, but Toyark seems to have a good report with NECA. I'd love to hear a comment from them since this is an officially licensed figure.

I didn't even realize that. If that's going to be the case, I may have to rethink promoting these releases.

Someone on another forum pointed it out or else I wouldn't have noticed either. I don't have a comparison pic but lots of the clothing folds are pretty similar if not exactly the same.

Now, they could be using it as a base prototype. They seemed to use a scaled down Hot Toys head for the Arnold T-800 prototype. But the final one I'm seeing pics of doesn't look the same, or quite as good.

The likeness on that T-1000 is pretty bad.

I've been enjoying my Supreme T-800 for a couple weeks. I'm very happy I picked him up! He's a very well done figure. Great 1st release! I have the endoskeleton on pre-order. I'm on the fence about the T-1000 though. I can highly recommend the Supreme T-800 to anyone who wants the ultimate version of T2 Arnold! I hope Great Twins does a T-800 Arnold from the 1st movie.

I'm surprised that I missed this exchange. Here's a comparison of the two figures, with the NECA version on the right, and it's absolutely a total KO, yeah. There's some missing/softer details on the Great Twins version but otherwise the sculpt was straight-up lifted from the NECA version.

I'd say NECA's legal peeps should be informed.

The bonus figure is a moot issue to me. I'm more interested in what people think of the main T-1000.
