Typical. They NEVER promised that Flash and Phantom would release at the same time. In fact, they have very specifically said many times that these lines will come out separately. They cautioned people over and over to not preorder Zorro/Flash/Phantom/Tarzan/etc together because they will not be released simultaneously.

For anyone interested, these are the announced waves of Flash figures. Waves 1 and 2 are sculpted and have paint masters, should be coming fairly "soon". No pictures of wave 3 yet.

Wave 1:
Flash Gordon (Al Wiliamson comic strip version)
Ming the Merciless (Alex Raymond comic strip version)

Wave 2:
Flash Gordon (Movie Red Tank Top)
Prince Barin (Movie Green Tunic)

Wave 3:
Ming the Merciless (Movie Black Robes)
Dale Arden (Movie Gold Slave Dress)
Mongo Guard (Movie Red Gas Mask Trooper)
