Had said Hyenas tried to maul him? If the answer to that question is,"yes" then good for Ozzie.

He never mentions it but considering how much influence the animated series has on the games then presumably Bud and Lou were left to roam Gotham's back alleys while Joker and Harley are in Arkham so the pair have probably mauled a bunch of homeless people and local cats to deaths.
Penguin just did it to be a prick though since he hates Joker and Harley a lot in this continuity.

You forgot the dc collectibles new 52 supervillains box set catwoman, she had movable goggles.

also Mezco has removable goggles, the first Hush Catwoman had them as well and not an articulated figure, but something in the same scale range is the ArtFX statue/figure that had 2 sets of googles.
so really no excuse for a figure that i believe would be a little larger than those 4 to not have removable googles, but really it's prolly if anything it's gonna be an exclusive down the line because that's how this seems to play out

Yup. It's been so long though I forgot how it happened. Think a fight broke out in the Iceberg Lounge or something.

Yes, that's what happened. I fight broke out in the Iceberg Lounge and a client shoved the end of a glass bottle in his eye. Penguin gouged the client's eyes out before going to the hospital.

I would like to have a Harley Quinn from Arkham City and the Suicide Squad movie.

And Ra's Al Ghul was just revealed on social media.

Ugh. I get that it's Arkham Ra's but I never liked that design. Looks too much like some generic Asian warrior.

Looks kinda like Wolverine

The way the knee cuts have been implemented as of late have been atrocious and an eyesore. Todd's really regressed in this area...and this one is no different.

Just figured out who ras is based on……

Since this line started, they've made numerous improvements.
One thing they just refuse to address is the sculpt of the articulation.
They still seem to be stuck on this idea that no one will make use of the articulation.

The product shot barely makes use of the articulation and you know it's because it doesn't look great to advertise. Over at Hasbro they gush all over those pinless arms/knees.

Though to be "fair", it seems like baggy pants slips up all the budget friendly figures using double jointed knees. There's no easy cut to make".

It took Hasbro a long time to get to those painless arms/knees, so I think in time Todd will get better.

Arkham City Harley I'd love to have. Which Suicide Squad movie Harley are you referring to the Harley look that stormed the beach or one from the 2016 film? The beach Harley would make an awesome figure.

I’m betting we’ll see AK Scarecrow and Red Hood since they have the molds from those gold variants they put out. Probably should have seen this wave coming.

The standard color non-exclusive Scarecrow and Red Hood leaked a decent while back now, some people already got them in-hand too thanks to Hong Kong stores. There's also going to be an Arkham City Joker but it just looks like a repaint of the Asylum version.

Regarding Arkham City Ra's Al Ghul, I like the look for being a little more armored/battle-ready than we're used to the character appearing. It's not his go-to look and I don't think I'd call it my favorite but it's certainly distinct from most other versions. The shoulder pads do seem notably altered here though where they've been reduced in size and brought up to look more like part of the main torso armor, probably all done to free up the articulation. At least they remembered the grey in his hair, that's one of my main critiques with the DCC version.

Doubtful. Todd clearly hates articulation. He had to have people on social media blast him enough to dump that silly side eye because he wanted figures to basically stay in one pose.

I forever and a day regretted not getting the DC direct Soloman Grundy. When it came out I hesitated becuase of its soft sculpt. It looked off. But it was still the best Grundy that had been made till this version. Regret gone!

ThorOdinson123 08-17-2022 08:25 AM

Grundy is the BAF

This might be the first full McFarlane Multiverse wave that I buy.

Same here. It is definitely the first one for me where I have wanted every figure. Although the Target Exclusive Starro / Crime Syndicate wave is kind of like so far as well.

Same here, when it comes to Multiverse I collect classic looking characters, the few DCAU ones they have released and anything Arkham game related, this will be my first full wave and the first build a figure I will have ever completed, hopefully there will be another wave in the futures, I want an Arkham Riddler and Hugo Strange

En Sabah Nerd 08-17-2022 12:47 PM

Yeah I'm going all-in on this wave too. Grundy was my initial prediction for the BAF (Freeze was my second guess), though I'm interested to see exactly how they handled his size. In Arkham City Grundy is like as big as King Kong but so far the biggest they've done is Nanaue, I've noted before in this thread that I'm actually in favor of a less gargantuan Grundy.

CosmicCreature 08-17-2022 10:45 PM

Me want Grundy !!

Just thinking about this wave.
20$ for normal mcfarlane figure.
24.99 for baf waves .
Estimating 5 dollars per baf part so in total 20 dollars for oversize figure .
I bet if Grundy was sold solo it would be 39 $ like the rest of oversize mcfarlanes lately .
