I went back to another Walmart that stopped carrying MU when the WW Hulk wave came out. That was the last wave they released. I went there on a long shot to find the 6" ML Avengers and found that they started to carry MU again. Weird.

Yeah, Wal-Mart has never really been faithful to stocking MU, granted ive gotten some hard to find items on occasion, but Target seems to have their shit locked down tight in getting stuff in. I dont want to talk about ToysRUs.

I have no choice but to use online retailers now or LCS.

Walmart has dropped the line, they do have Dr Strange for 5 bucks...kind of want it for the legs for Black suit Spider-Man. Then I remembered that I used that for a Mr Fantastic base. FUCK.

TRU charge to much [and I don't have one locally] so there stock won't move at all.

Zellers also charges to much [also don't have one locally] but they are all being shut down and made into Targets. So maybe we will get some good american stuff? Heh, doubtful...

Neither of the two Walmarts in town have any but Front Royal which is about twenty miles south has gotten the last assortment and someone got a Kang for me. One of our Targets got a refresh of the last assortment and our TRu did too. This happened last year, during the summer nothing really and then in fall they start to show up. Took me about a year and half and a trade with Neetogekko to get my Thanos. Constrictor showed up here back in May so I have high hopes. But I ordered a case of Scarlet Witch/Kang/Bagged SPiderman assortment through my comic store. Yes I have a couple extras I don't want but at least I will have them and I can pick up one or two a week at will.

Target is actually cheaper than Walmart for Marvel stuff. So you may actually be pretty happy with the change. However I have no idea what difference there will be what with you in Canada and all. Best of luck though.

There's only two Wally world's that have faithfully stock MU in San Diego. In fact that's how I came up on both 18 and 19 wave figures. But like others I stop there rarely because most of the time is old wave restock. So I must have missed out on Scarlett Witch. OH well. I know that the only Wally World exclusive that has been selling is the Hulk and Hawkeye. I passed on the morales spideytoday but now that i'm thinking about it I need to go back and get him before it's too late even though it's 19.99. I might not see him till Christmas if I'm lucky.

The one closest to me actually went so far as to pull the ones they did have on the pegs, so I am down to 1 out of 4 WM for MU.

Well, that post you quoted was from over 5 months ago and two resets have already come and gone. From what I can tell with this most recent version, MU should now be included with all the ASM/Avengers stuff. Although I have a couple Walmarts that don't seem to have any pegs set aside for MU in that area.

Maybe that will change once Avengers and ASM hit DVD/BD.

My Walmart has 3 packs [F4, XF, Avengers] but that is all they have for Marvel Universe.

How plentiful are the Avengers packs up there? They're non existent in these parts for a very long time.

GotG didn't ship here for some reason but we got lots of Shocker, Lizard, SS Venom, Heimdall, Warriors Three, that 3rd Avengers 4 pack, Dark Galactus, etc.

It is nice sometimes but far more things get skipped entirely. I've never seen a variant MU figure at retail because those first shipments don't come up here. Also, at least two waves have been passed over completely.

Vision Wave and Cable waved where skipped here at EVERY retailer.

I saw quite a few guardians sets a while back in Toronto and Vaughn area Wal-Marts but they are all gone now.

And yeah it looks like Wal-Mart is dropping marvel universe and now the only other option is Toys R Us. And finding stuff there is a mission in and of itself. Lol, I only got into collecting marvel universe with wave 17 and now it looks like it will be over for me due to a lack of new product down here
