You and me both. I was hoping he'd use it in Avengers in an epic fight against the Hulk or some minion of Loki or something.

Maybe next Avengers movie we'll get a rampaging Hulk that needs stopping? Man, that'd be so awesome! One of my favorite scenes in Avengers was watching Tony go toe to toe with Thor and Thor going toe to toe with Hulk. I would love to see Hulkbuster armor for a Iron man vs Hulk scene.

Hopefully the story is tight and it's as long as the Avenger's to make it really good. Sometimes these 1 hour and half Marvel movies don't cut it.

I agree! I am hoping with how successful Avengers was, they won't cut movies short. Hoping they understand that fans will sit through a 3 hour movie, and when it ends still would want more.

I second that, they need him fighting a real villain...and Whiplash was cool and all but too short of a defeat.

That end battle was the most depressing battle I have ever seen. I was hoping for at least another Iron Monger vs Iron Man like fight.

I just heard they will be filming some IM3 scenes in Miami. I might head down and see if I can get an extra part.

Even an out of shot MODOK in a film would be scary as shit.

I would love to see what they do with Iron Patriot. If its Norman Osborn in it they can't use William Dafoe. They would need to show him in The Amazing Spiderman which I highly doubt. Maybe Stark will be inspired by Cap or something to have the armor or maybe Cap will be in the armor but that is highly unlikely.

The iron patriot armor is more likely just being used in the movie as an "Easter egg" for comic fans more than anything else, since the current rumor is James Rhodes (aka War Machine) is the pilot of the armor.

Due to licensing issues with Sony, Disney/Marvel Studios cannot use the Norman Osborn character in their movies. Now your other theory about a Cap inspired armor I like because there was a What If: Civil War issue that had a Captain America Armor.

okay for those saying That the new red and blue armour is Warmachine your wrong warmachine in the comics hasnt ever weared a red + blue armour !!! i of all people should know ! so please stop saying he is i reckon the images revealing the new iron patriot armour has a some what rocket launcher device like warmachines ! doesnt mean he is ! I will eat my heart out if i see a rhodey in the suit but for now i think its very unlikely rhodey will be dressed in Red and blue

the only way Rhodey wears that armor is if they plan to have it stolen from him for that Coldblood guy
