I also have an extra colored Strange, but he seems to be The Rock variant. Meaning one of his eyebrows is painted large and raised.. so I kept it for that reason.. haha

Well it is most def down to the Skrull and Kree. But from footage/pics of weapons I have seen on Comicbookmovie.com they look more Kree than Skrull. Heck it could be neither :P
