The color scheme is actually pretty consistent with the comics. The first X-Force team had the artwork as silver and black like X-23 and Warpath. The new Uncanny X-Force team is now black and grey like the 3 pack. Warpath shouldn't have come with that 3 pack but I'm not complaining too much since I never got him in the single card wave. Just added some silver paint and done. IMO, the silver and black looks way better.

I have only just started collecting MU in the month or so after being put off by the painting quality of some of the earlier figures. The molds have improved greatly of late and the X-23 mold and aritculation means that female figures finally have some decent articulation too. All of these are a must for me though I have to agree the legs on Darkwing are a diappointment. Can't wait to get the Steve Rogers figure.

Warpath is off the team, same with Wolfbane and x-23

kinda wish they put Fantomex in the boxset, which is probably why I passed.

I'm assuming we are getting a variant psylock in her x-force gear (all-black).

btw,The x-23 looks pretty bad ass!

Steve Rogers and Namor look awesome! I passed on the SDCC box set, so I never got an old school Sub-Mariner. Glad I pre-ordered the wave now!

Any idea if Rogers comes with that clear-laser shield thing he has in Secret avengers? does he even have a holster for that pistol? still looks amazing!

Nope, no shield. Just guns.

It drives me crazy that they use the silver finish on X-23 but release the X-Force 3-pack with the flat gray. I've already got Wolverine and Warpath. I'm sure I'll pick X-23 up to, but I guess I'm going to have to make my own Deadpool and Archangel?

Well if you want a shiny deadpool they yes you will prolly have to custom one. But if you are willing to. They have a giveaway for a shiny X-Force Archangel with a year subscription to Marvel Comics

I think I'll skip darkhawk, the missing thigh swivel just doesn't work for me. I'll probably pick up the others though. Especially Rogers. Might even pick up multiples of him just to use for customs.
